新しいホテル”
ホテルは新しく、とても清潔だった。スタッフもまだ慣れない部分も垣間見られるが、頑張っている感じがして印象は良い。ただ、場所はあまり良くない。車で入るにはためらわれる様な細いソイの奥にある。朝食は悪くなかった。価格も安く抑えられていると思う。

新しいホテル”
場所がわかりづらいので、車が無いと行きにくい。真横に新しいホテルを立てているので、音がうるさいかも。部屋や施設は新しくてとても快適だった。

Looks good but you won’t sleep a wink unless you are a heavy sleeper”
So I checked into this hotel for 5 days booked through agoda. First when you look at the hotel it is nice epically rooms and the staff are very nice. Has a decent gym and pool and breakfast included, but that is where the good stops. The rooms have almost zero sound proofing from rooms beside you I could hear the tv all night and also during the day I can hear foot steps from rooms above me. Also the worst is 4:30 am this one loud bird starts singing all the way till 10am and also other birds which are not as bad and cats meowing too. The shower has terrible drainage as other reviews have mentioned. The televisions has 65 channels of which 35 or more are Thai even though I didn’t see one Thai person in the hotel. With about 10 or so Japanese and the rest Russian and Arab. Like 4 station in English. I can down the first morning to let them know about the sound and lack of sleep the first night. I told the girls manager I would give the hotel another night chance, he told me agoda took the money and he could not refund me because of that. I told them I called and agoda was fine as long as the hotel agreed. By the third day I had enough and actually became weak and sick and went to check out 2 days earlier than what I paid for. They told me they can only give me 1 night refund after 30 mins of backs and forth. I took the 1 night and left earlier losing over 1600 bahts but I didn’t care. The place is pretty much empty and all the people come from group tours from Japan and other place. Also I must mention the breakfast is boring and small choices of things that are not that good even more than one day. I can’t believe I was treated like that. Also I want to say this hotel is dangerous to walk and you need a bike or car. The stray dogs are all over outside and I even had one growl at me and it was scary. There is no motor bike taxis unless you walk 10mins. They offer a shuttle only 3 times a day which is not good for someone unless you want to be run on a schedule. S

HIDDEN GEM!”
Nice hotel. It is hidden a bit from the busier areas but that is part of its charm. A fifteen minute walk to main road with access to taxis and transport. Very accommodating staff. Breakfast buffet was good. Good value.

New & Clean hotel ”
Hotel is new and clean. The room is large but the wall is not sound proof so you can hear the noise when you walk along corridor. My highly not recommend for who that would like to wake up late on you holiday or weekend because there is the construction next to the hotel. I am checking in late night of Saturday and woke up with the construction noise on Sunday morning by no one told me when I check in. So you should wake up and could not turn the curtain because the facing and the noising of this construction.

No complaints whatever.Very clean,reasonable rates,excellent staff and facilities.New building about 5 minute walk from main road on quiet Soi but hotel provides transportation when needed at good rates.10 baht song teaw ride to Walking Street and Jomtien beach ( 15 minutes ). Extras like free mini bar,bathrobes and slippers and friendly and helpful staff really appreciated.

Our experience at the Rizin hotel is exceptional. All the facilities are new and good quality. Bed and pillows are so comfy. Breakfast is good taste with crew of service minded staffs. Everything is great and there’s nothing to complain. We feel like the price we paid is for 2 star hotel but the service we received is 5 star hotel. Would recommend anyone to this hotel though location is a bit far from central of Pattaya. And will definitely come back again!

Excellent hotel for the price”
We arrived with a big group of 7 with two children and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Nice breakfast and an absolute bargain for the price near to Christmas. We really enjoyed our stay.

地點較為偏遠, 非常寧靜, 房間很大光猛, Housekeeping 清潔房間馬虎, 入住前一天收到酒店email 說有免費mini bar及延遲退房兩小時offer, 但check out當天服務員拍門叫我退房, 說我已經遲了還未check out, 我說是你們 email 說給我延遲退房兩小時, 但前台根本不知道這情況, 前台與訂房部溝通不足, 浴室與洗手盆去水很慢洗完澡後地板水浸, 通知酒店後也有找人原來處理, 附近沒有食店或按摩店, 酒店每日有3班 shuttle bus 出芭堤雅市中心, 總括來說服務是ok的, 但執房略為馬虎, 地板也沒有打掃, 地點適合喜歡寧靜或自駕遊人士, 很多中國旅行團入住。
