見た感じ立派なホテルですがすべての設備が古いです。部屋の掃除を忘れていた日が2日ほどありました。

Well run hotel complex with large comfortable rooms”

With rooms which offer good facilities, good hot shower and breakfast, bicycle hire and a Restraunt with a popular bar. Staff and management are professional and helpful. Would recommend and stay again.

Good and quiet hotel that offers good service”

Very friendly staff and helpful. One of the women behind the desk speaks very well english. We had a good time. Only con is that there are not that much of tourists (end of February), which makes it a bit boring maybe. But you can have a nice drink and a bite around the place and there are some local tourists. In the end, we liked it and we think its a nice and hotel!

The rooms we actually get are bot as good as the one in the pictures.”

The room is not that good. The bathroom floor does not even have the flooring done.

Lousy hotel with bad reception service”

The hotel room is tiny. Diry. Hair in the bathroom. The room was too close to the kitchen and staff are noisy. I think they don't even sell that room as a room. Only one guy was helpful and his name is Chit San Maung. The rest are pretty bad at customer service. If there are better rooms away from restaurant then you can take it otherwise don't take those standard rooms.

They allocated us the room next to the bar and restaurant. So in front of our room were lined up with motorcycles. It made us lost not only privacy but also security since their room was one lock no extra chained lock or pad or anything. That was the room C-101. Then air-conditioning was so hot and we saw it was set at 32 degrees. We tried to lower temperature but the remote control screen didn't show anything. Had to call the staff by walking to their counter since room phone doesn't work as well. Then the worst was that the toilet smell like we were in the midst of shit pool. So we complaint but they kept saying that rooms were fully occupied. We were pissed off so we decided to move to another hotel. Then someone just asked if we could move to D-101? It was the manager bedroom. At that moment we didn't want to stay 2 nights as planned so we moved because we were dizzy with shit smell and next afternoon we rode back to Mandalay. Won't recommend this to anyone.

Booking and hotel position is very bad different.”

After booking, I confirm to call hotel. Staff answer not confirm booking. I already paid money. I lost money. After couple of hours later they confirm. When we arrived hotel they show me the room. I have been many travel, I never see just like this room before. Very dirty and ugly smell. I told them can I change room, they said no more room. So I asked them "can I get refund? They said no. One more room they show me. Same like before. I don't have a chance to do anything, so we stayed there. Everything we offer they said no. We want sit front of room, so we offer two chairs, they said no. Room inside suffocated. By the way this time we take two room. My mom room inside another person used hand plaster. Very very dirty and danger. Pretty bad thing is Tiger is not only a hotel. Beside local people restaurant. Very poor privacy. My room beside vegetables and waste food dustbin from this noisy restaurant. Everyday i get this fucking smells. We went that time, Myanmar Water Festival time, so that restaurant is always noises and drink and drive many people come. Many drunk people come toilet near my room. Is it a international booking Hotel? One night this lacquer restaurant, some people fighting very dangerous and loudly shouting themselves. The whole night I can't sleep. Very long time fighting. My room celling have mass net. Every night I afraid to watch ceiling. I feel that hotel staffs are not like booking from Agoda. So they treat us like that. One room totally I paid 59.8$. They said they only get 49.8$. They have another good room. They said that rooms is not contract with Agoda. This Tiger hotel (cockroach smell hotel) is double standard for guests.

It was great but they need to have a portable heater for the cold season! And to put their coffee in thermos flask so that the coffee can be kept warm.

They need to update seriously. They have a couple of new bungalows, so if your heading here book one of them.

가성비 괜찮은 호텔이다 시내에서 먼곳이지만 중간에 시장도 있고 마을구경도 할수 있다 아침에 호텔 뒤쪽 가까운곳에 큰 저수지가 있어서 한바퀴 산책하기 좋다 호텔내에 큰 레스토랑을 운영하고 있어서 편리하다

+ grandes chambres, petit déjeuner buffet copieux varié et bon, restaurant sur place et alentours, réservation de nos billets de bus par téléphone et prêt du vélo sur notre demande pour 1h - pas de wifi dans la chambre, il fallait aller à la réception ou restaurant. Murs salle de bain sales. Vélos payants (2000kiat/jr prix correct mais vu l'emplacement gratuit serait bien vu). Pas de rideaux occultants.

Dreckige Zimmer und unfreundliche Rezeption ”

Direkt beim Ankommen unfreundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, restliches Personal war aber sehr freundlich und höflich. Im Zimmer hätten wir nicht mehr als eine Nacht schlafen wollen und würden es auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Möbel waren voller Staub, im Badezimmer lag Müll herum und die Fugen (sowohl an der Wand als auch am Boden) waren mittlerweile schwarz statt weiß. Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich, Mittag- und Abendessen beim angeschlossenen Restaurant aber nicht so gut und teuer. Würden wir nicht wieder buchen!

המלון הזה מחולק לשניים, היקר מומלץ ועולה ללילה כ 60 דולר. והזול שעולה ללילה כ 15 דולר. היקר, סבבה. הזול נמצא ליד מפעל ששורף עצים כל היום. וצמוד למסעדה עם מוזיקה רועשת. יחד עם זאת, חדרים גדולים וארוחת בוקר בופה הכי טובה שאכלתי
