　穏やかな海を望むエントランスや広い客室はもちろん素晴らしい景色でしたが、東海岸であるため朝日の昇る光景が最高の景色でした。また保安要員の配置や客室棟の立地など、非常に高いレベルのプライバシーを保とうとしているのがわかりました。 　やはり、このホテルはホスピタリティーが最高です。バトラーのNicはタイ語のわからない私達に丁寧な英語でFriendlyに話してくれて、大変有難たかったです。また、直接会っていないスタッフにも名前で呼びかけられるなど、ホテル全体の素晴らしいホスピタリティを感じました。Nicのおかげで何不自由ない快適な４日間を過ごせました。またサムイ島に来る機会があると思うので、必ずこのホテルに宿泊し、Nicに会いたいと思います。

Love everything about this resort from the room, private pool, and bathroom. Customer services are exceptional. And the private beach is amazing. You get to relax throughout the time here, the beach has quite a huge space compare to other resorts in that area. You can have your own spots without getting too close with other customers. Love it, will come back for sure.

I stayed there for four nights and it almost rained everyday. therefore i stayed at hotel to enjoy its facilities most of the time. i must say the hotel is very caring and have offered many complimentary classes as rainy plan to the residents. we enjoyed thai boxing, cooking class, mini massage experience for free!!! of course the daily tea seasion in the afternoon is also very sweet offer. we spent our great honeymoon there in this hotel

The staff is excellent as expected from a hotel at this level. Breakfast is very good, though the menu is somewhat limited. Complimentary tea time everyday is nice. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable for me, but it might be personal. When making the room I've noticed they sometimes missed small things. I would expect better from such hotel. Overall the hotel is very good but at this price I think it's not the best value for money.

The first impression you get is the relaxing ambience and simplistic design of the resort. The resort offers everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The beach in front of the resort is fantastic and perfect for romantic evening walks. The staff is very helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

We never heard or stayed in this hotel before and were very surprised to find out how pleasant and efficient hotel staff are, the two restaurants always had very good food and great menus. We definitely would come back there!!!

Positives: - Yummy breakfast with buffet and A La Carte options also available. Nice range to choose from - Although only 2 restaurants, food quality is very good and tasty. - Great room size and layout. Very comfortable - Comfortable bed, as expected from luxury collections hotels - Great clean sandy beach with very clear water. Although the beach stretch is not fully private, but resort has maintained it wonderfully with other resort's guests usually sticking to their part of the beach. - Sunrise view is quite nice and relaxing; although nothing WOW. Although no Sunset view, quite relaxing atmosphere - Overall calm and relaxing vibe throughout the resort Negatives: - Pool is not the best, but clean and well maintained. - Can be a bit difficult to roam around without a car; as location not the best for people looking for a very active holiday. NOTE: - Believe full moon nights will be amazing here with such a nice beach - Try to get Deluxe Room as view is better. Classic Suites on the ground floor with garden view. Paid for the upgrade for the view, was quite worth it. - On a hilly slope, so be prepared to walk a bit; although the resort has buggy service throughout.

Big room, bed & bathroom with private terrace and pool”

Large room with great ocean views and a large private terrace and pool. Butler, cleaner, concierge, waiters all very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent (Saturday brunch is well worth it), fitness center well equipped and the beach clean with calm seas. Great place and we will return
