シャワーは水圧が低く、水量ちょぼちょぼ。 トイレは古すぎる。 便座カバーあげても手で押さえていないと倒れる。 設備全体が古すぎる。 裏の窓ガラスが1枚割れていて、紙でふさいであった。 部屋の中ではWIFIが弱すぎて、困った。 田舎の古い海の家といった感じ。 これなら、倍の金額でまともなホテルにしたほうが良かった。 日本人にはチョット無理かも。

写真を見るとなかなかよさそうなホテルである。しかしロビーも無ければ部屋には小さいテレビが一台天井にあるだけ。とにかく写真と実際とこれほどイメージが違う所も珍しい。

Very poor maintenance ”

The room was large but we constantly had issues with the water supply. Despite constant requests to management the issue was not satisfactorily resolved. Also there was no room cleaning during our entire stay. I can not recommend this property despite the kindness of the staff.

A lovely provincial feels”

Pro- nice clean spacious room. Location is silent away from the crowd. Cons- advertise more of your place. Put some banners or signage so your guests would feel secure that your place really exist. Near cafe aroma just behind another hotel called villa something i forgot the name

Affordable place, spacious room, accommodating staff. A little far off the strip but walkable distance. Not much amenities, wifi was slow too. Still, good enough to stay and sleep.

Disappointing and completely uncomfortable stay over 2 nights, Thin mattress (3" thick) like sleeping on a plank. Bathroom was filthy. Dirty toilet,When we closed the bathroom door bits of the ceiling fell into the sink . Breakfast was poor. Had to eat it in the room as there was no area to have it apart from an outside shelter containing plastic tables and chairs. This area looked dirty so hence having it in the room. Portable TV like I used to have in my bedroom in the 80's, Killed 3 huge cockroaches in my room over the 2 nights. They were coming in from the back of the toilet ! Curtains were see through and bizarrely there were 3 curtains each about 2ft wide spanning the 5ft wide ground floor window. Paths around the hotel were covered in mud. The route to the beach was over a rickety old wooden walkway that was rotten in places, unlit and led to a private hotels gate you walked through their land to get to the beach. This gate was locked at 9pm every night ! We didn't pay a lot for the room but anyone would expect at least a clean and comfortable one. Sadly this hotel was lacking in every way and I can't think of one good thing to say about it.

Our stay was indeed perfect!!! From allowing us for an early check in,accommodating staff (Ms.rose), sundo from white beach (kuya epoy),location is great considering it's far from the crowded party places,minutes walk tothe beach, delicious breakfast,spacious and clean room, soft bed,had our awesome rest and sleep since it's cold aircon and quiet/peaceful location...we did enjoyed our stay and will probably stay here again ofcourse will refer to other friends. Thanks villa lato montagna resort for the awesome experience!!! Perfect for the price..super affordable yet you'll get more than what you expect. 👍☝🏊👣🐚

I thought it would be far from the beach but it wasn't. I thought it was so-so rooms, but it was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was the usual, wish they had brewed coffe but that is asking too much. No shower curtain in our bathroom but it was a minor thing to have wet tiles. Otherwise, it is a nice place to go back to, again and again!!!!
