The place is a nice basic hotel. Nothing fancy. It is 2 1/2 hours from the airport and the transfers are very expensive. It has a small ok beach. the food was overpriced and there is no where else to eat. It is far to get to good scuba diving if that is why you are going.
If the water is where you'd rather be.”
Volivoli is amazing, from the views to the food and the staff, everything was fantastic. Snorkelling and the fish and coral was amazing and our first time for scuba was a blast. Fishing, while a tad expensive was also good and we would love to come back and spend more time doing everything all over again.
Close to dive sites ”
Nice place ”
The hotel is currently adding an extended reception and driveway in, which wasn't noisy. The views are sublime and service generally fine, except the waiter didn't take to us...getting there with a hire car requires going on a dirt road, but nothing too daunting, there are breathtaking views and great hammocks along the beach to chill in.
Off road to the hotel, very steep road.”
Very far away from other hotel... very steep off road, no shop to buy food etc axcept from Rakiraki which is very small town. Not value to stay there, better continue drive to Lautoka to stay there. We were assigned to room with 2 beds which we dont like and request for the change but the staff refused.
Beautiful location, high quality hotel, amazing”
Volivoli was a nice resort for backpackers.”
Successful arrangement, excellent personnel”
After rest in hotel - an absolyuny positive! Service good, very friendly personnel. Existence kitchen was pleasant, prepared independently. Is suitable for quiet rest.
Great location and very well trained staff”
My wife & I only stayed the one night as a stopover on our drive around trip of Viti Levu and are disapointed in ourselves we did not stay longer at Volivoli. Room was well set out and very clean, meals were a generous size, reasonably priced and very tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful, obviously very well trained.
Great boutique Hotel plus Diving”
Recently self-contained and refurbished rooms (or chalets) were very nice with good views. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was good but choice would be limited after a few days. Fortunately rooms had good kitchen so take supplies. Watersports very convenient and well run. Enjoyed diving and wake boarding. All in all a great respite from a week in Nadi. Recommend hiring a 4-wheel drive or at least a vehicle with good suspension to get there as it is 2 1/2 hours from Nadi on a frequently rough road.
Camere senza televisione, colazione deludente. Prezzo esagereto per il poco che offre.
