Stayed with my dad during my capping & pinning ceremony and our stay was quite good. Very affordable and I was able to sleep well. Will recommend this to my friends and would also come back since it's closer to malls & convenience.

Secure via key card. No cable just free air tv, no rags near bathroom, toilet not functioning especially the flush, no hot shower, staff not so friendly. Location is good near Gmall and vans to different Davao province.

Budget friendly inn located near malls, fastfood, stores. Noisy AC, No rug for the CR, TV with 1 channel only. 3PM check in time. No good parking. Recommended if your on a budget and just want to rest and sleep.

Location is very convenient. Wifi service is reliable. Spacious room Downside: The receptionist seemed more focus on her snack than entertaining guests. Forgot to give the remote for tv. No elevator, keycard is limited (the room boy will open the door) Stairways are sometimes wet due to airconditioned cleaning. Low water pressure Doors are open if its unoccupied causing mosquitos to enter the room..

upon arrival at the hotel, staff are not accommodating, in fact my boss is angry with me, the amount of 2,500 room is a lie, i was penalized due to this failure of booking hope, honesty is the best policy for the presentation of the room. Upon my boss arrival staff told him the room is only 400 but upon booking it was 75% off from 2,500 to 396.82 so i am reprimanded by my boss with this matter. Hope this would be acted upon

Pros - great location, free drinking water, can leave baggage after check-out, emergency light installed, hot shower water, nice staff Cons - molds in wall and shower curtain Suggest to get a weighing scale for travelers

Cheap and clean, staff is nice. It’s near 7 eleven so you can have your breakfast there. Also 3 minutes walk to the biggest Gaisano mall in Davao with all you need for shopping and restaurants.

Very Dirty!”
Initially booked the place because it looks nice and clean in the picture. Was very shocked with the room when we got there. It was very dirty. There are lumps of dust everywhere. The toilet has pee stains. There's a cockroach in the cabinet. There are stains in the walls and bed. The aircon is not well maintained and is very noisy. Someone knocked aggressively in our room too late at night. The room they gave us wasn't the room we booked
