We stayed 2 nights in Standard studio 35m2. There was no parking lot in 64 Cao Trieu Phat so we had to send our bike to 85 Cao Trieu Phat which a few dozen meters away, the owner kept it for us. It was totally fine for us. The room looks a bit smaller than photo (maybe due to photo angle) but the decoration and furniture are same. It’s bright, new, modern and clean. The kitchen has induction cooktop, kitchen hood, kettle, pan, cooker, knife, bowls, cups, spoons, chopsticks, folks... for 2 people. It’s perfect for people who enjoy cooking (but there is no ingredients, you better prepare in advance or buy things in Vinmart and many Korea grocery stores nearby). 2 big towels and drinking water are renew everyday (if you need more tower you better bring or tell the owner). Good shampoo and shower gel are available in bathroom. The cleaner will come at noon, if you would like her to come by another time, just text the owner. We stayed at jack apartments during Jun while waiting for a flight back to Australia during the Covid19 pandemic. My wife found jack apartments and what a great decision The apartments are clean and bright the staff are friendly and very attentive. plus the apartments are very close to supermarkets and restaurants ( sky city) great location. If we ever return to Ho Chi Minh we stay here again. Jack was very helpful during this very difficult time.

Room was not as modern as pictures indicated, however we did have a great balcony on the top floor. Reception had limited English. Location great if you are Korean.
