Disappointed”

The staff have very little English, when trying to ask for information they just repeat what you said and then stare at you with a blank face. ( tip for ye, use Google translate as we did last day)Ordered 2 burgers for room service and got two croissants with egg which was cold. Was free laundry, great we thought, untill we got it back with one bag still wet( 2 days later) and lots of clothes destroyed in bleach stains... The only positive was free motorbike, which you need as you are very far out

Strange place in an even stranger city!”

Our stay here was different to say the least. Naypidaw is an empty city, as was this hotel. When we arrived the place looked closed with nobody around and not even any power on, lights, A/C, nothing. However on check in we were told that there were no standard rooms available and we were upgraded. No complaints there! The room was huge, as was the bathroom and both were spotless. When we asked about food in the restaurant they turned on the lights especially for us, but only the few lights around our table, still no A/C. The menu was huge and not overpriced. In the morning we had a knock at the door to be told it was breakfast time. So we went to the restaurant to find a whole buffet on display. We were still the only guests in sight. The staff tried to help where they could but their English was poor and everything took a long time with many translation attempts. The hotel offer free motorbike rental to explore the city which is an interesting day! I would recommend a visit to Naypyidaw and this hotel will add to the experience.

Eerie Hotel”

We stayed here 3 nights and were the only guests in the entire hotel. It was kind of eerie. The hotel was pretty clean for Myanmar standards and our room was large with a comfortable bed. Check out the unfinished suite on the top floor. It's creepy as hell during the night, but makes for some good pictures. Perks: Free breakfast, free motorbike rental, free laundry (they won't take your dirty underwear though)

You will not find a hotel close to the center of the city, but this one at least has free motorbike rental to get around.

helpful, but communication problems between staff”

After a short hiatus when I arrived while I had to email the receptionist my voucher, I finally made it to the long-awaited shower after my 14 hour bus journey from Hpa'an. It is a business hotel and the room is bigger than in the photos. Quite a good choice on the menu at the 24-hour restaurant, with some more international dishes, which is nice for a change. Staff generally very helpful - printed out a document for me, took me to the railway station to get my ticket to Mandalay, found someone to sell me a ticket, as we had arrived at 11.57am, just as they'd knocked off for lunch, arranged a motorbike and driver to take me on a tour, did my washing within the day - fortunately, as it was Water Festival and I needed dry clothes when I got back. (All these services at no extra charge.) All was going well till I tried to arrange another motorbike to take me to the market the next day, and he took me to a park and then straight back to the hotel. Made him take me all the way back to the market to find it was ... closed. In compensation they found me a driver to take me to the railway station and someone to carry my bags (who refused a tip). Such a shame, as things were going so well up till that point. Their communication problems clearly aren't with English.

Great place to stay, with perks!”

Huge room, even for the cheapie, comfortable with nice amenities. Pictures look smaller than actual room. You can borrow a motorbike any time you want for no deposit or fee. Ten buffet items in the free breakfast. Staff has enough English to help you will whatever.

Pleasany stay”

I was warmly welcomed to stay in this hotel. Especially ask for Tun-Tun. He is the man who takes care of you. Speaks well English and organizes everything

Water ponding appears on the floor of bathroom causing inconvenience as our feet are in contact with water as and when we use the bath-room.

My stay here was great. as ni i door is spread out they offered me lifts to the shops they have massage on Wednesday night and the staff and owner were terrific.

Belle chambre mais communication difficile ”

Belle chambre avec lit double pour ce prix. Cependant le personnel parle très peu l'anglais donc ça a été compliqué et on a perdu du temps notamment pour la location de motos. Vu notre timing serré cela nous a empêché de visiter tout ce qu'on voulait. Sentiment un peu amer donc, même si la bonne volonté y était.

Große Räume, Riesiges Bett”

Die Ausstattung war mehr als erwartet. Seifen, Zahnbürsten, Gele, es gab alle hygienischen Mittel die man benötigt. Frühstück war angemessen, Toast Marmelade gab es auch. Bett war riesig und die Raumgrösse überdurchschnittlich. Motorrad gibt es Gratis zur Verfügung, der Zustand dessen war aber sehr veraltet, aber erwartungsgemäß. Die Mitarbeiter konnten leider so gut wie kein Englisch. Und konnten so einem nicht viel weiterhelfen, wenn es fragen gab. Trotzdem verlief der Check in einfach.

Insgesamt recht angenehm wenn man von den gravierenden Mängeln (baulicher Zustand, Ausbildungsstand der regelmässigen Mitarbeiter, Lage weit abseits der ) absieht.

中国のホテルのように、見た目は豪華、しかし中身は安っぽい。ネピドーのホテルに共通であるが、周りに何もなく、ホテルのレストランを利用せざるをえない。

เป็นโรงแรมที่เปิดใหม่ จากใน Agoda ถ่ายให้เห็นแต่ตึกเก่า ความจริงมีตึกใหม่อีกหลัง ไปพักช่วงซีเกมส์อยู่ที่ตึกเก่า ห้องกว้างขวางตามมาตรฐาน พนักงานมีหลายคนมากๆ ทุกคนบริการประทับใจมากๆ wifi แรงมากๆ ฟรีบุฟเฟต์ จัดเต็ม 3 มื้อ เช้า กลางวัน เย็น แถมบริการซักรีดฟรีอีกต่างหาก แต่ติดขัดที่เป็นเมืองใหม่ การคมนาคม ขนส่งสาธารณะยังไม่มี
