All the hotel staff did their best to make sure we enjoyed our stay and accommodate our needs.. The hotel is located at the heart of the city. We reached tourist attractions and nice restaurants very easily. Breakfast is very good too.

Value for money. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Room is clean except for the very soft bed. Near to bus stop when you take the shuttle bus from the airport. Recommended.

My partner and I stayed in the jade hotel during our stay in Hue. The staff are above and beyond. Breakfast is good. Location is great. Bed was comfy. No complaints!

Perfect place - great value for price”
Staff are friendly and helpful. Speak very good English. It is an old renovated hotel. The location is 3 blocks from the night market and across the bridge from the day market. The rooms have been partially updated. warning there is no elevator and at least 5 floors. they do have bell boys to carry luggage. Breakfast wad basic but good. you can order an extra hot dish if you are still hungry. all you can eat fruit and bread and coffee/ tea and juice. Note : the superior room will likely be an interior room without a window - relatively common in Thailand and Vietnam

Simple place for simple people”
A simple place for simple people. The hotel is located in middle of Hue City, at Hùng Vương Street, in the city center and at the strip mall. Many shops are just around the corner... The staff speak English and is very very friendly, willing to help and answer your questions. If you want to have a talk about Vietnam, god and the world you should get in touch with Mr. Minh. 👍🥰 The rooms are quite nice, clean and everything for a comfortable stay is available. The mattress is a bit soft as i love to sleep on hard Tatami mattress..Maybe it will fit for you better.. The breakfast is great too. Fruits, juice, toast, bread, butter, jam and coffee are available complementary. Additionally a breakfast dish can be chosen from the menu. The value for money is in my opinion great. Unbeatable. Highly recommended hotel for business- and city travellers with a small budget, families, couples and everyone else who doesn't not need a 5* accommodation.. 👍👍👍

This is the second time that I have stayed at the Jade and, once again, the staff were so remarkably friendly and helpful - with a great sense of humour. This is a great location for historical sight-seeing and close to the restaurant area. Would definitely stay there again.

I've stayed at jade hotel now 3 times great location close to everything a bit disappointed that that they no longer serve breakfast but due to covid this is no longer possible plus a bit noisy due to building work happening near by but this cant be help as they have no control we originally book 7 days but then decided to just stay 6 but I will be going back again

Surprised”
I was surprised by the quality of service of this hotel. It was pretty cheap, but the room didn't resemble that price. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It is right in the center of hue, and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The staff was welcoming and friendly. It is around 2 km from the train station and 2 km to the hue imperial palace. Overall, a great place to stay a night or two for an affordable price.

We were happy with the accommodation as well as the location. Staff is very helpful and has been super nice with our daughter who is always running everywhere. Breakfast is very good.

The staff was very helpful and talkative. She has a map for attractions as well. You can rent a motor bike here at 150k a day which is a good deal!! The only con was no hot water for a shower and the plug for the tube leaks!! No coffee or tea or spoon for the tea cups and teapot!! Can be noisy during the day if the window is facing the main street!

Kind staffs nice breakfast but noise”
I felt like Im in south korea next to the hotel shops are turning on k pop until 23:30 The hotel gave me window's room that I can listen to the music how kind they are lol But the staffs perfectly speak English like a native speaker If you'd felt tired to struggle asking something , you ll be definitely love this hotel Very helpful and charming :) They didnt provide me a hair dryer so I asked and sold a problem. The breakfast is great providing fruits, pancake,cereal, tea, coffee, juice, and etc. Not far from tourist street 15min by a walk Close to the plaza that can buy some drinks and snacks

Good staff create a welcoming atmosphere”
The staff were enthusiastic and helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfast made to order. The location suited us, an easy walk to most things, but we experienced a strong drain odour. Professional management offered other options that we tried, but we ended up leaving early, overall not for us, but we can’t speak for others.
