Very good location and service
This hotel is centrally located on both Lambton Quay and The Terrace. We had a good sized, clean room. The staff very friendly and helpful. It was good value and we would stay there again.

Great location
The hotel is right above a Countdown Supermarket and sushi take-out place for some quick bites. Its is a few blocks away from the waterfront and a short walk to Parliament. I would definitely stay here again as it is very convenient. The staff was most helpful and easy to talk to.

Good hotel in Wellington
The hotel location is very good, in the city center, and you can use the back door access to the shopping area and the lake. good room and clean. the only problem was the price I got for ordering through Agoda was only for the 1st day, although I booked for 2 days. Because they said it is common in Wellington that the room price is always fluctuating.

Beware family room noisey
We stayed in a family room that was sandwiched between the lifts on one side and a service area at the back and it was very noisey. Had paid top dollar for the room due to the rugby and had 3 of the worst nights sleep. Staff efficient but not overly friendly - hotel clean and tidy otherwise.
