Family Room”
Very very nice and clean place right in great location. Room (family room) can be a little bigger bit it's enough for 4 of us with 3 luggages. Place is very nice and clean, staffs are amazing. Free afternoon tea and activity in case you're not out there roaming. 250m away from big supermarket, plenty of food options but quite a walk to ubud market (over 1km). Overall very nice place and would definitely come stay in this place again.

Great stay”
We stayed here for 3 nights considering their superb location as mentioned in other reviews. 10 mins walk to monkey forest and lots of eateries & shops around. We took others' advice and tried their Balinese traditional massage. The staffs picked us up and sent us to Janis spa with a scooter and it was really fun lols. It's weird that they told us the spa was just opened for 3 mths. The message was good and the price is reasonable. They offered free fruits and tea after the massage. Our room #9 on the 2nd floor is great, comfy and quiet with a pool view. No pests or mosquitos as mentioned in another review (which i was quite concerned). Laundry is affordable and service is top notch. Just one small suggestion, to provide indoor slippers in the room. Overall great stay. Love the breakfast. Keep up the good work.

Cleanest room in Ubud. Staffs were very accomodating. Pros : Excellent Room and very spacious. Personalized Breakfast and a spatio/garden instead of balcony as we didn't get room in 1st floor. Cons : A lot of Bali's native insects inhabiting your space(Gecko,Frogs,mosquitoes) I would have given 10/10, but the insects affected our experience. But the hotel tried their best to keep the rooms as clean as possible and without insects getting inside the room.

Beautiful Property On Ubud Main Road”
The hotel is a very small one, the staff here are great at multitasking they manage the kitchen, front desk etc. It’s a perfect place for people who want to stay on the main road close to the super market. The staff Ms Devi, Ms Jullianne stand out with their tireless service with a smile. The pool is small but kids enjoyed it. There are so many plants covering the vernadah it was a pleasure to stay there

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The free afternoon tea was lovely too. Only issue we had was the fact that the road was very noisy in the road facing rooms.

Great central Ubud location with private feel”
Staff is amazing. Constantly offering to tidy room - even provides turn down service if see you to ask. Pretty large al la carte selection for complentary breakfast. The best part of this hotel is the location. Walking distance to all the restaurants - live bands all over. I would recommend staying central like this and renting a driver to go around ubud/Bali daytime. As the hotel is through a path behind the main street it is relatively quiet and hidden while still being right central.

Loved it but has room to improve ”
Excellent location, good sized room, personal garden space, good size bathroom. General cleanliness was excellent, some mould in the bathroom (shower) cracks which could probably be fixed with some bleach. The staff here were amazing, we were warmly welcomed by everyone and it was a friendly vibe throughout our stay. They were willing to help us with anything. I have heard people have had problems with bugs - they have a lot of garden so this is to be expected - however, we had no problems. We were given a plug in repellent which we used and kept doors shut. There were lots of cicak (gecko) on the walls but outside of the room/building. We were also provided a map of the local area and a comprehensive outline of things to do/when/where which was really good. It’s a couple of minutes walk from monkey forest and close to great food and shops. Only thing that really annoyed us was the ‘live music’ at the Onion next door. Double glazing the windows or looking at soundproofing would be good

A warmly cottage”
Our family is satisfy with Janis place cottage. All the staffs are nice and warmly. The location is convenient for us to Monkey forest and looking for restaurant. The room is clean and comfortable. The only drawback is the sign smaller.

The check in experienced was really amazing with the surprised celebration from the staff as we travel for honeymoon. But the breakfast took really long time to be prepared. We almost late for the airport.

OK for 1 night ”
The hotel was OK for 1/2 max nights. It is not expectional like other reviews. The bathrooms are tired and if you do not like insects/geckos in your room then maybe re think as there is opening in bathroom for them to come inside. The pool is very small & has no sun so if you're looking to relax it's not the place for this. Noise from restaurant next door. Hotel only accept cash. The staff are friendly. Location is perfect for walking all of Ubud.

Very good small hotel near to the centre of Ubud. Very convenient for getting about. Staff were very friendly and helpful on the whole. My only criticism would be that their level of service dropped over their religious festival which is probably understandable.
