Fantastic room (Air con suite only) ”

We took the air conditioned suite and a small fan room for the kids. rooms were very far apart (different buildings) One was not ready when we arrived late at night after a long journey, took nearly an hour to get ready. Phone number we had from Agoda went to a fax, numbers on the door were all wrong too. Seemed very disorganised and is obviously student accommodation that is just rented out as a hotel when rooms are open. Price was very reasonable though, and the air conditioned suite is fantastic and amazing value for money. Position is great with the beach about five minutes walk, university the same and main shopping street and Laemthong mall not much further. The little laundromat is run by a fantastic young guy with good english, and the shop by a super friendly and helpful woman. restaurant was unfortunately closed but there are endless choices of places to eat in Bangsaen. we would stay again but only if we could put two mattresses in the aircon suite for the kids. Otherwise we would spend a bit more and go to our usual place Nanachart right on the beach.

This is a little gem of a place,go for the aircon room,very big,has dinning table and chairs,good shower,beware this is a apartment block,towels and bedding provided but have to do your own laundry if stay to long,great location easy to walk to the beach,many Thai bars along the way with one forang bar-resturant for good food

Rooms are large, clean and felt safe.The property offers secure parking as well. There are guards all night. I'll come back again.

only negative was showing up to check in on january 1st and no reception in office. locked. the number on website obviously didn't work because noone was there. tree phone numbers on door, none of which anyone answered. if i had not been with my this girlfriend who spent an hour asking very one who came into complex how to cntct management i would have been u of luck. also agoda needs to stop charging international fees to use us debit/credit cards. your competition doesn't. it make your rates the same not any cheaper. cancellation policy also. joke in my and the travellers opinion. travelling is nver concrete in plans unfortunately.

big room in an old apartment complex”

look its an old apartment building. The room is very large and clean.Has balcony. Not near much. Shortish walk to beach. No hot water but CHEAP

Value for money, good location”

Good enough. However my room was very close to a construction so it was so noisy.the construction was right in front of my balcony without any covers therefore I felt quite unsafe when sleeping. I did not have the key to lock the door to balcony.fortunately, nothing happened.

Very basic rooms”

the fan rooms are very basic and the building not all that clean. it is obviously student accommodation, rented out to tourists when available. having said that i guess you get what you pay for and this was very cheap. location is great being near beach, restaurants, university and shopping. little shop and laundromat are both great and run by very nice people. there is no english spoken so be prepared to have lots of fun conversing or knowing a little thai will help.

I couldn't see any staff during I staying in hotel even they have songkran holiday. Air-conditioning was bad working and no Wi-Fi working at all in hotel.

simple and clean”

the place we stay close to the beach may be 10 min walk. Nice and peace from noisy. Easy to find something to eat and bar walk about 5 min. The hotel is simple and clean.

Bad! Promised hight-speed net- nothing! No even Wi-Wi! No cleaning for 5 days,trash I left oin trash on street, just4 towels,no shampoo, 1 toilet paper, wc didn't working properly, small old TV, nobody din't undrestand english,very old interior,it's price maybe 400 B per night, obondoned feeling! I'm disappointed on Agoda!

i do recommand this place if you don' t have any others choices, the staff is rude, no wifi,the aircon is making a loud noise, you sre a bit far from restaurants and everything

If you don't mind a fan room and a hard bed this place is the best value for money you will find. The HUGE room was clean and it had a dry bathroom. A longish walk to the beach but easy to do. Lots of eating and chill places nearby on the main road.
