Great spot for a family staycation”
A great place for a family stay. Perfectly furnished has all the required items for memorable stay. Staff our friendly and always ready to help. Mathew was particularly helpful when we asked him to come and do a quick clean up because we had kids.

Excellent choice”
Have parking in front of your booked villa, spacious inside, Clean, comfortable furniture. I liked it very much. The only disadvantage was sound isolation, we got very noisy neighbour. They had party all the night and could not sleep.

Lovely villas and staff but no beach or restaurants”
The villa and pool were both more spacious than I thought and the finish was good quality. The staff were extremely attentive and kind (especially Jeffrey) and it made for a good night away with a group. The villas are a bit in the middle of nowhere; beach is 10 min drive away and there’s no room service or restaurants. The pool has no shallow end or gate so little children must be watched at all times, but it’s a really nice pool. The bbq was great, but you need to buy your own charcoal and lighting bricks. While the kitchen is big and well appointed, it lacks a lot of supplies - we had to ask for extra cutlery, plates and glasses, and the hotel had no tea or coffee cups, nor did it supply more than one saucepan and one frying pan, which was a bit tight when cooking for a group of 6 adults. It also doesn’t supply things like washing up liquid and brushes or cloths or bin bags, which is a bit annoying to have to buy just for the weekend. Come prepared as if for a self catering apartmen

It was the worst serves of the all most hotel i have visited, we booked for a villa with privet pool to enjoy but the pool was damaged, the filter was not working to clean the pool and we ask them to cheek it. They told us its our mistake but we dont have any other villa, untel the bext day about in 6:00 pm the told us we find anther villa but its need more time to be cleaned, finally mr ayoob promise us that will give us onther night for free but he didnt he lies to us and he didnt help us he was so unhelpful we hate the hotel and the villa because of him

good for a chilled out birthday celebration”
us as a group of 7 had loads of fun at the property although it is quite far and the location is a little gloomy the villas themselves are beautiful we got free juice, fruits, dates and tea, warm towels etc the place was clean and the pools were temperature controlled (warm in this cold weather which was pleasant) the terrace comes with a bbq grill we had a lot of fun at the property

Villa is modernly designed”
James (Filipino) being their chef and also the person who greeted us (30-31Dec2022) Villa11 deserves 5 star, while the 2 arabic men staff that day was helpful and will give them 4 star; the security African guard was very rude and disrespectful as he told us being in a villa with a private pool at 11PM that we should stop using the pool as its not allowed, he also informed us to lessen the noice even though it was not us who were creating the noise. Also, the Villa11 doesnt seemed fully cleaned before we were checked-in around 5pm as there was a candy rapper on the sofa, the shared ground toilet stinks and smells urine, several rooms do not have body soaps to use (we bought ourselves), dishwasher was not working.

Relaxing getaway that feels like home”
The place feels like home. Pros: 1) Excellent service from all staff, especially James. If we needed something, all we had to do was ask and the staff would promptly respond and assist us. 2) They gave us complimentary breakfast during our stay and as well as a small gift bag upon checking out. 3) fast check in / check out and keyless entry. Parking just steps away from the villa. 4) cute heated little pool and barbecue area 5) accessible and easy to get deliveries. 6) comfy beds 7) Fast internet Cons: 1) some signal issues on higher floors 2) dishwasher wasn’t working 3) could use more towels and floor rags as the floor easily gets wet from those coming to and from pool
