Great facilities at reasonable price”
Stayed at Jardin for 3 nights and it was a great experience. The room is clean with great facilities, the staff is friendly, and the property is located in a strategic place yet not so noisy, making it a great place to stay.

Excellent staff and value for money”
The staff had the patience of a saint with us as quite a demanding family. They are polite and try to be as helpful as possible. The English is limited however this is made up for through perseverance. Only criticism is that there was no hot water when we needed it. Also it’s abit far from the main road so you’ll need to walk for ten minutes or hire a moped from the same for 70,000. We did the later and it worked out well.

Dirty, untidy room”
Booked 2room at Jardin and confirmed. When we arrived the staffs were awkward checking the room and whispered each other then told me that my rooms ready at the De Daun. So we move to the next units and didn't bother it as it same management. But the receipt was charged different than what it is. Had paid 350k but the receipt is 300k, didn't bother to argue as everyone were tired. but again the staff asked another payment for the extra guests which clearly in my booking said for 2pax per room, so I insisted not paying the extra cost. Got the room, and it was a mess, the room were look like Being used and hasn't been cleaned yet. The alley were dirty with plastics of rubbish an so is the kitchen sink with the cat poo make me sick. Was unpleasant stay!!

Semuanya mengecewakan dari mulai datang tidak disambut kemudian naik ketangga lantainya kotor pas masuk ke kamar kasur kotor lantai kotor banyak debu bekas injakan sepatu, kasur berantakan, sprei kotor seperti tidak dicuci berapa minggu kemudian ada noda seperti tumpahan cairan kecoklatan ditengah sprei, tembok banyak bekas jari, ruangan bau, pengap, tidak ada kipas angin hanya ada filter tapi tidak membantu, ditoilet ada bekas sikat gigi orang yg belum dibuang, meja berdebu. Sampai akhirnya saya memutuskan untuk pindah penginapan. Intinya semuanya mengecewakan tidak sesuai dengan gambar.
