Best spot on the quiet side”
This place is amazing. You have your own pool and a decent sized villa (for what you pay). A large washroom and a comfortable king size bed. The staff is very nice. The rooms are pretty clean. This place is the place to be for a beach sunset. They have a beautiful swing in the ocean and bean bags on the beach to watch the sunset. You can also order drinks. This villa is on the quiet side so if you are looking to get wrecked and stumble home after the bar, maybe this is not for you. If you like the sunset, a more relaxed vibe and the nice beaches... then this is it.! It's a 15 minute bike ride to the other side. I would recommend rhis place and I would go back in a heartbeat. if you are looking for a quiet place to stay , this is the right villa. its 15 mins by horse ride from the main harbour of gili .it is consider far from shops and cafes. overall room is okay.

Villa is good n quiet, but far from jetty. Having breakfast in front of the beach it was awesome. During check out, the staff told that I need to pay extra because my friend broke the key when he trying to unclock the door, I know that's my friend fault but we trying to negotiate because it was expensive to replace a new key. We spoke to the manager, the manager don't even trying to negotiate but unfriendly, insist us to pay or duplicate a new key. At the end we paid but I don't satisfied their service.

The food is great, a lil bit expensive but the taste is great. If your budget a little bit tight than I suggest U bring your own food. They have waffle maker, electric kettle, and a bread toaster. The pool is a great place to relax and scenery in front of the hotel is sensational. Overall fantastic

Wow, I thought that the hotel was so so,, but when I arrived the staff was helpful and very nice person. The hotel is located on the cross of the harbour but you can see the sunset in front of the hotel,,

Very poor for what it’s claimed to be”
Nothing luxury about these villas! I was a backpacker and decided to treat myself for a few nights..should’ve just continued with hostels! The villas look lush from the offset but as you settle in you begin to notice all the faults! Stains on the bed covers/cushions, Stained toilet seats which move, broken shower heads, water that doesn’t drain well from the sink, no towels provided (even though promised), the pool constantly overflowing( 4 different guys had to come to try and fix it), cockroaches & lizards, I could go on! If you order room service, be prepared to have the empty dishes there for the rest of your stay! Don’t get me wrong, I’m a young backpacker and have surely stayed in some questionable places, but when you pay for ‘luxury’ you kind of expect it and unfortunately this was certainly not the case here!

Service is good and they keep the place clean. Even though the place look clean but average can spot 5 cockroach /day and this really make us not comfortable. Other then this everything is ok.

Not great”
Location was really quiet. Very dark and long walk home from main settlement at night...too dark to ride bike. They forgot to bring us breakfast the 1st morning. 2nd morning breakfast dishes still there on day 4. Was told 45mins after breakfast was delivered that there was no milk for our coffee (which was cold then anyway). Very limited selection for breakfast. Was better by the beach than having it in the room (no dirty dishes sitting outside our room for days). Had to call twice to have toilet paper restocked. Tissues not replaced after they ran out day 1. No wash cloths or hand towels. No moisturizer. They threw out my used shower cap the first day (left it on the bathroom bench to re-use it) and didn't replace at all. Definitely not luxury like they suggest. Robes were a nice touch. Pool area was a little cramped, but pool was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. One even lent us their own phone charger as we didn't bring an adapter. Nice try, but didn't hit the luxury mark.

Villa itself was big ”
They didn't actually have cable and satellite TV. They didn't even have an aerial that fitted the TV. I stayed in 3 star hotels that had loads of channels! So saying it's due to satellite being erratic is a lie!

Overall is good but is more suitable for relaxing..because environment is quite and far away from harbour.Hotel cleanliness is not good enough especially on private pool.water supply is not in good condition

Super Séjour au Jasia Gilli. Eloigné de l'animation de la plage cet hôtel est parfait pour se reposer dans des villas très biens équipées. Petit déjeuner sur la plage, calme et détente sur l'île la plus animée des 3. Le personnel est top! Un grand merci particulier à COMAN. Allez y les yeux fermés
