Amazing Hidden Gem!!”
When I got to the property I had come off a flight that my bags did not make it but would be in later. The owners were so accommodating and she even brought me a few dresses to borrow until my luggage arrived. I was departing to Koh Pahnang the next morning and they had made a point to help me figure out where I needed to go and even take me there the next day. Additionally the rooms were clean and lovely. The environment quiet and serene. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet retreat.

Wonderful quite spot in a more remote part of the island. Themis place is just a small group of bungalows. The husband and wife were so wonderful. They help with recommendations and reservations and will drop you off to places close by.

Our little piece of paradise ”
What an amazing place. If you're wondering whether to book here, do it. From the second we arrived, Joe and Tum went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. A tour of the local bars and restaurants; a scooter delivered for us to use, an introduction to their two cute puppers Croissant & Mimi (who I'm very sad to say goodbye to). The breakfast every morning was spectacular (you choose the night before from a multiple choice sheet). You have Tums WhatsApp as soon as you arrive so no query is too much. Paddleboard, kayak, ping pong, taxi ordering.. you name it, they'll provide. The bed was extremely comfortable. The TV has netflix/spotify/YouTube built in and easily accessible. The shower is HUGE and the toilet looks out onto the pool. The pool was my favourite part, I sat there all day just sunbathing. Having a veranda at the front and back was great for chasing the sun. The bungalows also have their own stretch of beach with loungers, umbrellas and even a picnic table. Everywhere is spotless and they take great pride in making sure it stays paradise-like. The road out front is due maintenence so it can get dusty but apart from that.. no complaints. Locally there are restaurants and even a gym next door but 10 minute walk or few minutes drive and you've got all you could want. 15 minutes to fisherman's village also. My first Christmas in the sun was definitely a memorable one and I'm so happy I booked here to stay. Thank you both for being exceptional hosts x

Quiet and relaxing trip”
Good place to stay. Friendly staff and services is good. The beach is quiet and relaxing. Love how they served breakfast outside of the room. Cute dog Mimi accompanied us for breakfast every morning. Nearest 7-11 and massage will take about 10-15 mins walk. The path to main road quite dark at night. Location wise not very convenient. We found good restaurant Cape Away nearby the resort with good Thai food and milk tea. Spacious room and comfy bed. Shower is okay. Private pool is awesome! Overall this place is good for family or traveller looking for de stress holiday.

Paradise on Earth”
This place is heaven. The houses are spacious, well designed, and have an incredible view on the palmtrees and the turquoise sea. (The houses have been built one year ago so they are brand new!) The beautiful, calm and clean beach is just across the private lawn, where you can hang out in the hammock or on the sun lounger. No need to say that a private pool is just great with kids. Breakfast (according to your wishes) is served on your private terrace. A couple of restaurants are in walking distance and there is a huge variety of great restaurants a 5 min. drive away in Bang Po. But the best at this place are their owners. Dum and Jo were just such a lovely couple who did everything for us. The drove us to restaurants, to the market, prepared a bbq for us, made a tour through the local fisherman's village, booked tours, drivers, and a cooking class, and, and and. We booked for one week but ended up staying for two weeks. We will definitely come back again!

Très agréable séjour dans un bungalow situé sur l'une des plus belles plages de Koh Samui”
Un couple adorable, très serviable, gère quelques bungalows au sein d'un beau jardins qui jouxte la magnifique plage de Baan Tai. Il est vrai que les logements sont un peu vétustes mais les propriétaires ont le projet de tout remettre à neuf prochainement. Le rapport qualité/ prix est imbattable. Pas de restauration sur place, ce qui oblige à prévoir au moins son petit déjeuner (mais frigo et petite plaque électrique à l'intérieur du logement).

Jasmine & Tea House, c'est 7 bungalows installés, au calme, sous les palmiers et autres essences locales, à quelques mètres seulement de la plage paradisiaque de Ban Tai. 2 ont une vue mer, 3 ont vue sur le jardin,1 est occupé par de la famille. Les propriétaires charmants, disponibles et serviables logent aussi sur place dans un bungalow.Sur demande, il se charge de vous commander un scooter (200 bath/jour), un taxi (aéroport 400 bath/ Nathon pier 600bath) etc Nous avons logé, dans le bungalow, très calme et propre, situé au fond du jardin (à coté de celui des propriétaires). Il dispose d'une chambre climatisée spacieuse et confortable, d'une cuisine ou l'on peut préparer le pt déj, mais difficilement cuisiner pour les autres repas. Le + de Jasmine et Tea House, c'est son magnifique espace privé sous les palmiers, aménagé avec goût (hamacs, bain de soleil, chaises longues, petits bancs) à seulement... 3 mètres de la mer.(juste la plage à traverser) A 5/10 mn de marche, il y a des commerces de proximité et 2 restau sympas. Une pizzéria, la Villa, tenue par un couple français super sympa Et un restau thaï, Pa Pen, à découvrir sans hésiter !

Familiäre Bungalows am super Strand”
Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Uns war bewusst, dass wir keine Luxusanlage im Touri-Zentrum gebucht haben. Deswegen waren wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Bungalows sind lt. der Inhaberin 20 Jahre alt und das sieht man halt auch. Trotzdem war unser Bungalow sauber und die Lage ist spitze. Die Unterkunft hat einen privaten Strandabschnitt mit 2 Hängematten und 4 Liegen + ein paar Bänke. Also die Ruhe pur! Wir hatten den Strand fast für uns alleine. Die Inhaberin hat uns am Abreisetag zum Pier gefahren und uns Tickets organisiert. Die Familie war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Ende des Jahres bauen sie wohl neue Hütten :).

Exceptional”
Wer keinen Trubel will ist dort gut aufgehoben. Der private Strandabschnitt ist gepflegt und da es nur drei Bungalows gibt ist eine Überfüllung ausgeschlossen. Die kleine Strasse vor unserer Hütte wird wenig befahren und wenn dann im Schneckenpempo. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Zum Frühstück hat man in 2 Minuten zu Fuss gleich drei Möglichkeiten. An sonsten gibt es 10 Minuten zu Fuss fünf Restaurants die ordentlich Thaistyle kochen. Zu den Vermietern. Sie sind beide sehr hilfsbereit, super freundlich und beraten gerne. Auf den Weg zur Hautstrasse gibt es Moped und Autovermieter. Ein Suzi Jeep kostet herunter gehandelt 600 B. pro Tag. Unweit neben unserem Bungalow werden gerade einige kleine Bungalows gebaut, (4 oder 5) die nächstes Jahr im Frühjahr (2018) wohl fertig gestellt sind. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden dort auch wieder wohnen wollen.

Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit auf Koh Samui”
Die Bungalows stehen auf einen weitläufigen, gepflegten Grundstück mit eigenem Strand. Liegen und Hängematten stehen am Strand zu Verfügung und sind von sehr guter Qualität. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Das schafft eine authentische Atmosphäre die auch im Land des Lächeln nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Inneneinrichtung ist in Ordnung, allerdings nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Wie viele andere Besucher vor mir, empfand ich das nicht als störend.
