Pretty ok, except for the mosquitoes ”
Value for money, staff, location
The tuk tuk driver that they had arranged to give me a tour tried to rip me off. When I told the staff about it the next day, they were pretty upset and wanted to do something about it. Too late, I had a flight back. I had a feeling theyd give him a word anyways after I've left. They're very helpful and try to do everything to make your stay comfortable. I'd definitely stay again if I can.

Quiet Place”
Friendly Staff, Good Welcome, Colorful Rooms
They provided us free pickup from the bus terminal to assure that we won't go to other lodgings. We were welcomed with a soothing towel. My sister liked the scent very much. The staff were friendly. The guesthouse is very colorful and serene. There's a beautiful garden. Rooms and toilets were a bit old but still ok. Our tuktuk driver was very friendly and fun to be with. He speaks good English. When we were about to pay our tuktuk tour for 2 days, the guesthouse staff was giving us different price which was different to what was quoted to me on email prior our travel. It was $11 more but still settled to pay what was quoted. Location is 5-10 mins walk (varies how fast you walk) to the pub street and night market. Breakfast was good. On the last day, breakfast was served late as we have to leave early for travel to Vietnam.

Hotel in good location in need of work.”
Staff, location, common areas
This hotel has potential to be really good. The common areas like lounges and hallways are great but the actual rooms are a letdown. On arrival we were given a bottom floor room. It was very dark and had a strong musty smell. We were then given a brighter room on the next level. This was fine except the sheets were stained and the staff replaced them immediately. The room could do with replacing some of the r undown and antiquated items like the TV. Everything inthe bathroom was in need of replacement. Taps were loose and sink and toilet were old and stained. Wires covered with insulation tape protruded from the walls. Superficially the room looked clean but surfaces like lamp shades and out of the way places were dirty and grimy. Breakfasts were fine consisting of eggs, bread and coffee/tea. On a more positive side the location was excellent being in a quiet lane within easy walking distance to Pub St and markets. What really compensated for the hotel deficiencies were the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. They could not do enough for you. If the rooms had a full refit I would consider staying again.

a homey place, great staffs, value for money!”
great staffs, good location (near from moslem village & pub street), value for money
We had so much fun during our stay at Jasmine Garden. We're very impressed with the staffs and their services. We got cold towel everytime we arrived at the hotel and the tuk-tuk driver that we hired from the hotel also nice. We got compliment pick up service from the bus office to the hotel and the tuk-tuk price (if u want to hire to angkor wat, tonle sap or everywhere) was affordable.

One of the best budget hotel in Siem Reap”
helpful staffs, cheap, comfort
I had bad experience from people around Siem Reap but not here. They can provide transportation from/to airport or bus station and small or grand tour route for visit Angkor Wat with fair price. If you buy from any local tour service must be more expensive. Scam is ordinary thing in cambodia and again this place is not like others.

Beautiful room away from the main street ”
Location, room, staff
This was a really great hotel. The room was absolutely stunning, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is just off from the Main Street so nice and quiet, but easily within walking distance of the main town. It's also very close to the night market which was useful. Would definitely recommend.

Nice & serene hotel”
Good location, friendly staff & spacious room
The hotel is in good location since it is in central area. They had a tuktuk airport transfer though our flight arrived late at night. They had a welcome drink of cold orange juice and cold towel. They always offered a cold towels which is very refreshing everytime we came from trip outside the hotel. The hotel is walking distance from the night market and other shops. They have a nice garden and a nice hotel lobby. Hotel staff are very friendly. They even book our bus tickets to Phnom Penh and book the tuktuk for whole day to Angkor Wat. Our tuktuk driver speaks good English. We had a nice stay in Jasmine Garden Villa however since its a bit old hotel, their towels already has smell and our toilet bowl in the room has rusty stained.

This is a great budget option, with comfortable rooms and well located for restaurants / bars in the evening, just a two minute tuk-tuk ride away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend Jasmine Garden Villa.

boutique hotel”
friendly stuff, good food
There are a million great hotel/guesthouse options in Siem Reap. This hotel is starting to get a little dated (paint peeling in rooms, for example), but is still a decent option. The staff are super nice. The breakfasts are fast and good. There are restaurants within 4 minutes from the hotel (lots of options). The Internet was decent speed. My main complaint was that it was very very loud on one of our 5 nights there (karaoke across the street). Otherwise a good option with wonderful staff.

attentive staff; nice rooms; lots of mosquitos”
welcome drink and snack; tour booking possible; colorful room
We have been picked up at the bus station. We only wrote a short message when we booked the evening before and it really worked (the only time in Cambodia) and the pick up was free. The room was very nice: good size, quiet clean and colorful. BUT when we came in - no exaggeration - there were at least 20/30 mosquitos. Okay I did not count them but I spend 30 minutes trying to kill them and after having killed around 15 of theme there were still many many more (no mosquito net). We booked a temple tour and the bus to BKK in the hotel. Our one day temple tour was interesting but we were back in the guesthouse at 2pm but we had booked a tour from 8am to sunset. Due to heat that was okay but there were 2 more things. 1. The English guide cost us 30USD which is more than a lot for Cambodians and we paid another 14 USD for the tuk-tuk driver (not to mention the entrance fee for the temples). 2. According to the hotel manager it was no problem to go to the temples once more for watching the sunset (that was what we had also paid for). Afterwards we get to know that it should coust us another 5 USD. Not very centrally located but it is only a 10min walk to the Center. The street is dark so it is a little scary. We were never really afraid but it may be safer to use a tuk tuk (1 or 2USD). The staff is very attentive but you should take care: The hotel manager was very interested in all the guests. She even asked us to have some Cambodian BBQ with her. We were happy to get to know some things tourists not always see. So we met her at a restaurant (only tourists of course) and everything tasted good. But there she was not interested in us at all anymore (short answers, no questions from her side) and before checking out she told us what we had to pay which was not only our part but obviously the whole bill. We were a little disappointed that we were asked to pay the whole bill and that it seemed normal for them because there was also no "thank you...".

The staff make this place shine”
Staff, location, wifi
The staff/service here are amazing and really make this place worthwhile. They are always so friendly and helpful. You get a welcome drink and refresher towel when you arrive and you also get a refresher towel throughout your stay when coming back after a hot day out - such a nice touch. The rooms are ok, perhaps a little dated. We also had some problems with the air conditioner. It worked the first two days but then didn't cool anymore so we changed rooms. Unfortunately the system in the new room wasn't much better but we just stuck it out for another 2 nights. Wifi worked well in the rooms on the 1st floor. It was still fairly good value for money despite the lousy air-con. The free breakfast in my opinion is terrible so would advise to take the option without breakfast if you can. Location is 10 mins walk from pub street so generally quiet at night.
