ヤンゴンの東南の外れの方にある中級ホテル。ヤンゴン観光には向かないが、ティラワSEZ方面に向かうには便利。建物は古い。内装も古い。エレベーターも無い。部屋は広々していて、そこそこ快適ではある。それほど不潔という感じはしない。セーフティーボックス無し。バスルームはシャワーのみ。湯温・湯量問題無し。アメニティーも一応揃っている。WiFiが使えなかった。サーバーがダウンしているとかなんとか。朝食はルームサービスで持って来てくれる。7時からと遅いので食べなかったが。トーストとかその程度みたい。向かいに新しいスーパーマーケットがあり便利。飲食店も多少入っている。また、７，８分歩くとコンビニも有る。飲食店はあまりない。バーみたいな店が何軒も有るので、お酒を飲む人には良いかも。少しボロいので、ちゃんとしたホテルに泊まりたい人には向いていない。しかし、スーパーマーケットに近かったりして便利なので、朝食の時間が遅いのと、WiFiが使えないというのが無ければ、もう少し滞在しても良かった。とはいえ、価格設定が少し高いと感じた。
