Comfortable, Convenient, Clean”
Jasmine Resort Hotel made my stay in the city much more enjoyable and comfortable. It is conveniently situated right across the BTS sukhumvit line which allowed easy access basically to any point in Bangkok where the BTS, MRT and airlink stations are -- that includes the airport, Chatuchak market, and a lot of the shopping centers. You'll have to still go out of your way (by cab) to visit most of the usual tourist sites (i.e. wat pho temple, royal palace, chinatown, etc) though, from the Siam BTS or National Stadium BTS. Jasmine has a nice pool right by the spa. I did the 2 hour thai massage for only 800 baht and it certainly helped unknot all my tight muscles from all the previous days walking. Definitely worth the extra expense. Was so satisfied by it, I was willing to shell out extra to give a tip. Rooms are modern and clean. Nice firm beds. 50" Flat screen TV with subwoofer speakers. Modern baths with tub, rainshower spouts and hand showers. Fridge drinks are reasonably priced considering it's a hotel. Saves you the hassle of having to find a nearby convenient store. My only point for improvement is the hotel restaurant breakfast. I didnt get the 'Free' breakfast option when I booked and Im glad I didnt. When i did want to have bfast and pay for it, options were very limited, small and bland. I had the American breakfast which included a piece of toast (fine), butter/marmalade, a sausage which was pale and tasteless, ham that was just as colorless as it was flavorless. The fried egg was superb though how can you go wrong with eggs. Overall however Jasmine Resort is a great place to stay in. Relatively quiet neighborhood if you dont want to be right a t the center, yet it makes it easy to be in the center in minutes. Id recommend they spruce up their resto to give guests the option to eat in with quality.
Nice new hotel near BTS station”
This is a new hotel owned by the same group as Jasmine Executive Suites, up the road at Soi 23. With that experience and the use of the establishment to train their staff the Jasmine Resort Hotel is a good place to stay. Families will enjoy it as their is a good pool and restaurant to keep younger children happy. I may bring my own family, wife and 2 kids here next month. The BTS station (Phra Kanong) is outside the front of the hotel, excellent for moving around wonderful Bangkok. The restaurant deserves mention because they do a very good job with a la carte food, beer is expensive! There is great service from the Front Office staff, particularly Khun March and Boy, helped me following a small problem at the beginning of my stay. The one thing that spoils this fine hotel and will affect my decision to stay there again is the wifi access policy. Free to one and all in the lobby/restaurant, Baht350 per 24-hours for use in the room. If I'd paid for each day I stayed, then that would have been equivalent to 1 nights stay!!
NIce new hotel ”
i thoroughly enjoyed the jasmine resort & park hotel. very new and therefore good standard of fittings. the rooms are very comfortable and well cleaned. the staff at the front desk are very good, with khun march and boy being especially helpful. the restaurant quality is very good, excellent food. the price of beer in the restaurant and the cost of wifi access in the rooms are the only inconsistent things in this hotel. food prices are reasonable for this level of hotel, beer price at baht per 300ml bottle is severe, even when compared to some restaurants in the high-end malls of bangkok. the wifi access cost is very high at baht per 24 hours. as a business traveller i rely on internet access and don't always want to be in the lobby/restaurant area. it also seems inconsistent that the wifi access is 'free' to guests in the lobby and yet the same service charged at a excessively high rate in a guest room (even the highest priced!!). this issue is the only reason might deter me from staying at this hotel again.
Jasmine is a true find in Bangkok”
We just stayed at the Jasmine Resort In Bangkok for 5 nights last week . It is super conveniently located at the foot of the bts stairs . Next door is a mini mart with reasonable prices on any of the little things you may have forgot or need . The restaurant is moderately priced and everything we ordered was very good . The staff in the restaurant is also super attentive and friendly . We found this to be the case with every employee from the doorman to the spa folks , just good natured and friendly . They have two wonderful pools ; 1 inside and 1 outside both are practical and beatiful as our the spa baths with saunas .Our room was perfect for us , complimentary coffee and water . Tv had plenty of Western movies and tv shows , very rare for us in our many visits . The bathroom was beatiful as well as functional, with a separate potty room and a separate shower room with a tub . I believe this was our 6th trip to Bangkok but our first to the Jasmine , can’t see going anywhere else
Great location with great staff”
i visit bangkok several times per year. the jasmine resort hotel has become the only place i stay. the location in phra khanong is ideal coupled with its proximity to the bts station makes it perfect. the neighborhood is so much quieter than the maddening crowds further up sukhumvit at nana and asoke, yet it is only a short 10 minute ride on the skytrain if you so desire. there is a 24-hour small supermarket adjacent to the hotel which offers much more than the typical 7-11 store including fresh produce, cooked food and baked goods.
Great Hotel, don't let the location put you off!!”
Decided to try a different part of Bangkok to stay in this trip, wanted a good sized apartment type room and the Jasmine didn't disappoint. The room had everything i required, there is a 24hr mini mart just outside the hotel, the pool and indoor spa were adequate for my needs, i enjoyed breakfast with a copy of the Bangkok Post every morning in their onsite cafe. The staff were always friendly and helpful, i used the laundry service that was a little expensive but its normal for a hotel and everything was returned clean and pressed, so outcome achieved!! The location is away from the mad ends of Sukhumvit Road but don't let this put you off as the excellent BTS is right outside your hotel door, so anywhere in BKK is accessable. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again, so what better recommendation then that!!
Great staff performence and great location”
I really enjoy my stayed at Jasmine Resort Hotel. Their staff were helpful from the doorman to the restaurant and the front desk staff. They were ready to greet you with a big smile and welcome you to the hotel, I felt like entering my old home, thanks you. Their restaurant food were excellent, I tried all different dishes everyday, and I enjoyed my tasty original thai food everyday with the prices you can't complaint. I am planing my next trip in April and plan to stay at Jasmine Resort Hotel again. Big thanks to the staff. Love you all.
Excellent locations with resort style living”
I was on holiday with my 2 children and we book a triple sharing rm at Jasmine resort hotel. I was bowed over by the spacious rm which accomodated an extra bed. Facilities are good as the room come with free wifi which my children love. We booked the accomodation with breakfast and I must say that the breakfast were excellent value for money. Very good selection with include tim sum and continental type of breakfast. The hotel have a very good location as it is just next to Phra Khanong BTS stn. It make moveing around some much easier. The staff is very helpful as my departing flight is in the evening and they assist us to have a late check-out at 1400 hrs & also make arrangement for us to wash up prior to our departure for the airport. The hotel is located near the out skirts of the city hence boost a quiet surronding of a resort.
Excellent service makes for a wonderful experience”
When I checked out the front desk clerk informed me that I have stayed at Jasmine Resort Hotel 7 times previously. Each time I've stayed, my experience has been consistently excellent. I've been traveling to Bangkok many times for the past 15 years. I've stayed in numerous areas of Bangkok. I've concluded that Jasmine Resort Hotel is, by far, the best hotel to stay. Keep up the good work!
Great Location, New and Clean”
I was very happy with my stay at Jasmine Resort Hotel. The location was great, it was right off the BTS. The room that I stayed in was brand new and very clean. At first from the pictures I thought the bathroom was going to be see through, but it wasn't. They used smoked glass. I like that the toilet had its own room and the shower and bathtub had it's own room. The view was nice. I didn't use the bathroom or the Jacuzzi but went to look at them and they looked really nice. Food was good, reasonable for hotel price. Staff was very nice also.
A touch of luxury!”
We arrived at the Jasmine after spending a month travelling round south east asia, staying in poor to mediocre accomodation. We spotted the hotel on Agoda and got a very good deal on the room. When we arrived at the hotel we were amazed at how grand it was, a great treat after moving round and travelling for a while. The second bonus was that when we arrived we were told that there were no double bed rooms in the standard that we booked, so we were uprgraded to a top floor suite, this room was absolutely incredible, and almost made us feel uncomfortable as we'd been so used to utter tripe! The hotel was located literally in front of the steps upto one of the skytrain stations (i cant remember which!) however getting into Bangkok central took ten minutes or a very short cheap taxi ride. The rroftop pool was lovely, staff very helpful, i cannot reccommend this hotel enough, very very nice.
We really like this hotel for its location, friendly staff and outstanding breakfast buffet. Cheaper rooms are available in Bangkok, but it's hard to beat the amenities and location of this hotel. We feel that we get excellent value here by booking through Agoda, which is why we keep returning to Jasmine Resort Hotel whenever we are in Bangkok.
i like jasmine resort. we will stay there again next time we are in bangkok. we go monthly, usually. we had a couple issues like no hot water and no internet but we were both impressed with how seriously they took our complaints and quickly they resolved them. the rooms are very nicely appointed, a little on the small side square footage-wise but that is the case in most big cities. the bed was uncomfortable, sinking into the middle. that is really my only complaint. the staff were efficient and spoke english well. i particularly liked the manager of the restaurant who spoke english well and had a brain in her head. she's a gem, i hope the hotel realizes that.
Fantastic location with amazing service.”
We'd been staying at the Jasmine Resort Hotel for every year we visited Bangkok (3 years to be exact). That right there speaks for itself. Locate right next to the BTS (skytrain) and 24hrs convenient store and a little bit outside of polluted Siam area. The staff are truly amazing, service with a smile and willing to go out there way to make their customers happy. We will definitely be back for our future travel.
Great spacious room, like furnished apartment”
We loved staying at Jasmine Resort Hotel, because: 1. They have rooms with kitchens, which allowed us to heat up left over food or to cook something simple. It comes in handy also for nursing moms who need to boil their baby's milk bottles. 2. The room we stayed in also had a modern washing machine. This allows us to wash our clothes without the need of paying extras for laundry! 3. The convenience store is right around the corner 4. The bellboy can also help us get Thai masseurs, and it costed us 400 bahts (ca. USD 12) per hour. We got 2 Thai masseurs to massage me, my husband, and my mom.
Great location, great staff, great value”
Jasmine Resort Hotel has become my home away from home. It is the only place I would consider staying when in Bangkok. The staff is first-rate; the location with its proximity to the BTS is excellent. The hotel is located in the Prakhanong area which, thankfully, doesn't have the harried pace of areas like Nana and Asoke which are only a few Skytrain stops away.
5 stay luxury at 3 star rates”
Considering the room rates were on par with 3 star hotels I was extremely surprised when I checked in. I later learned that the hotel had been refurbished and completion date was a few prior. The quality throughout decor is impeccable. A very clean and minimal look and as stylish as boutique hotels go. There are a couple hotels with the name Jasmine in Bangkok so just head for Ekkamai (BTS station). The hotel is literally right outside the stairs for the station entrance, which is convenient when it's raining! This is something to consider for the traveller on a budget but for a slice of real luxury it's worth the extra expense for a quiet area of town. The pool is of high quality and style but unfortunately there was scaffolding set up right in the middle of the pool when I took a look. This was during its opening hours so phone ahead to ask if you plan to swim often. The lobby has 2 computers set up for fast internet access: one Mac and one PC. The Wi-Fi is free for guests in the lobby and there was good reception within my room too. The room itself had everything you could ask for all to a high finish. The sink area is open plan, there's a retractable clothes hanging line, bathtub, rain shower and conventional shower. The air-con worked a little colder than usual but this was welcomed. All in all, would definitely stay here again
Friendly hotel and service with quality”
Having a good stay in Jasmine Resort Hotel which is in a good location where u get can metro station just in front of the hotel. And there is a mini-market beside where I can get everything I need. The most impressive thing was the hotel staff serve me with smile and patiently. I can get all the information I need from them so I won't get lost in Bangkok!
comfortable and clean spacious room with appliaces”
i mistook the hotel for the other jasmine while booking. when we got the jasmine executive suite, which is quite well located, we were told the other one is a little bit far. it took us about 20 minutes to jasmine resort, which, to our suprise, is just at the bts station phara kahnong, so it's still convient to travel to other places. the rooms for the two nights we were there had good view. they are all clean and comfortable, better than most of the 4 star hotels, highly recommended.
convenient, right next to skytrain station”
jasmine resort: pro: -close to phra khanong station -updated because just opened for 6 months -luxury, bathroom and bedroom con: - wifi is not free, charged 11USD per day if u want wifi in ur room - phra khanonug station is far from central(third to last station) thus, it is only useful if u are going to skytrain everywhere but if taxi, than far to get home from central area - u can buy all day pass for skytrain for 4USD. ps, we didnt stay there for only one eason, no free wifi in our bedroom. if there were free wifi, than jasmine resort will be mine first chose since its new and easy access to train.
