Seguimiento de la reserva , comunicación constante hasta llegar al sitio de estadía
El televisor no servia, esa misma Noche (la primera)se rompió un tubo del edificio quedando sin agua . Llegar a descansar y no tener TV , Agua , seguramente hubiese sido mejor resuelto en un hotel. No pueden decir que se dañoso Tv justo a mi llegada porque me Estuvieron esperando por varias horas; arrendar una habitación sin asegurarse de que los servicios ofrecidos puedan darse, denota falta de revisión y compromiso por el bienestar del cliente. Lo del agua si mala suerte. Estadía sin agua para salir a trabajar, !!!

Placentera para disfrutar Barranquilla”

La comodidad del lugar, la calidad y rapidez de la comunicación con el dueño del apartamento, la seguridad, la ubicación del lugar, y el hecho de contar con wifi y aire acondicionado que funcionaban a la perfección, fueron puntos a favor para la estadía.
Algunos aspectos a mejorar pueden ser los relacionados con el área de la cocina, ya que al ser un apartamento compartido, espacios como la nevera no siempre contaban con el mejor orden o con alimentos en su mejor estado.
