Nice ambience and great food selection”
I have been here once but I will surely book again. The food is awesome and the place is very neat and tidy. Staffs were also very approachable. Although parking space is very limited. I booked through Agoda just few hours before my check-in but I did not have any problem checking in.

Really helpful staff! ”
I accidentally booked the wrong date for our stay so when we arrived, the staff told us that we didn't have a reservation. Upon double checking the booking, I realized I got the dates mixed up. I was panicking. We were tired from the trip. We just wanted to rest. And the person who was in charge of the online bookings had already gone home. We thought we would have no choice but to pay double just to rest for the night but thankfully, the staff was really accommodating and told us we can speak with the person in charge the following day about moving our reservation date a day earlier with no extra charge. Eternally grateful for their kindness! The room was quite spacious and yet cozy. They are located just behind a Petron Gas Refilling Station, which is pretty convenient if you're driving your own vehicle.

Glad to book java hotel”
We stayed 2 nights Room was spaceous very near the restaurant. What we liked most was the food ... we ate our dinner and ordered Ilocano dishes whisch was sumptous. Breakfast was avearage. Staff were very friendly. Body massage was relaxing which cost 550 php for. 1 hour What we didnt like was the bed It's a hard . Hair dryer wasnt working . No bathrobe no slippers no body lotion. Over all score is 7out of 10 2.5 to3 star hotel........glad to book this hotel.

We have a one night stay in Java Hotel on our trip to Laoag and its a last minute booking. The room and bed are big however its difficult to control the shower hot\cold water. Over all good stay!

Lovely decor and staff”
The atmosphere is resort like and pretty cool in spite of being located behind a large gas station which is quite strange. The rooms are adequate in size and amenities but quite old and in desperate need of refurbishment. There was a terrible smell coming out of the bathroom sink drain and there was no temperature control at the sink faucet (just on or off for water). The swimming pool was nice and loved the restaurant. Service with a smile everywhere.

The staff are warm and accommodating. They could benefit from a bit more training (bath towels vs hand towels) but their warmth makes up for these minor lapses. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Towels could be whiter and fluffier but The food in the adjoining restaurant is great.!

The staff are polite and courteous. Front desk attendant is pleasant and the transaction is smooth. The rooms are clean and sanitized and spacious which comes with free toiletries. The restaurant is superb from the ambiance to the hearty and delicious food .our compliments to the chef and kitchen staff! We love it here so much that we stop by for lunch on our way to our way to the next travel stop. And how can I forget the art and craftsmanship of this hotel..Balinese style with beautiful plants and wood work. Thank you Java hotel we will be back again.
