Hotel was good just need more training for staff about GUEST EXPERCIENCE”
The hotel was good I really like the design of the hotel it's seems Im in Bali the pool was nice and the room was so spacious and as a melenial I love taking photos with this hotel very instagramble BUT a beautiful hotel doesnt give any value if the staff was lack of customer expercience attribute well management should undergo there staff this kind of training before they handle customer. I dont have any problems with the front desk she was friendly and her smile is the warmest I ever saw in all of your hotel staff what Dissapoint me alot is your restaurant staff 1. Lack of communication 2. Not to friendly (not even smilling) 3. Drinks was serve at last part of the meal which I need to follow up and the girl who served it doesnt say apology for the delay 4. More more more training I can read by there movements 5. No welcome greetings and Thank you sir for comming i just left without that saying thank you in short not appreciative 6. Mosquito I

We stayed 2 nights Room was spaceous very near the restaurant. What we liked most was the food ... we ate our dinner and ordered Ilocano dishes whisch was sumptous. Breakfast was avearage. Staff were very friendly. Body massage was relaxing which cost 550 php for. 1 hour What we didnt like was the bed It's a hard . Hair dryer wasnt working . No bathrobe no slippers no body lotion. Over all score is 7out of 10 2.5 to3 star hotel........glad to book this hotel.
Very good hotel”
Everything’s perfect except the location. There’s a gas station in front of it.
Lovely property away from town”
It’s a very nice property with bar restaurant, live music one night, small pool just for a dip and a gym with old equipment. There is a petrol station out front which takes from the building, when sitting out in reception, however once out the back we couldn’t really tell. There is construction works happening out the back as they add additional rooms, once they are finished I would suggest getting a room back there for the views. Need to get a tricycle into town which can take a few minutes. If you’re coming into the airport, there were no tricycles / tuk tuks there for hire, so be prepared.
Front desk: -courteous and accommodating -room was ready upon arrival before 2pm Room: -old but well maintained -big -clean -complete amenities Restaurant and bar: -there were flies -average to good taste of food -during breakfast, we were first to arrive than the other table but they were served first. Facilities: -small pool -restaurant and bar (open air) -gym -nothing much to do -construction on going at the back, hotel is expanding -petron station in front of the hotel
An okay place in an okay place”
We spent 4 days in a "Jr Suite" that was not actually a suite, so watch out for those room types. In every other hotel I have seen, "suite" means a separate living room and bedroom. Here, this is very much not the case. As far as I can tell, paying extra for a "suite" got us a) a tiny child-sized bathtub; b) a fruitbowl. We spent half a day in a "deluxe" room, which was cheaper yet also larger and more comfortable. Avoid the "suites". With that out of the way, the hotel is in an okay location on the edge of town. No noise problems. Watch out for sharp screws sticking out of pool! The staff were responsive, though not particularly helpful if the answer was not obvious - if we asked how to get to a museum, they could only suggest we rent their (very expensive) car. That was despite there being plenty of tricycles, jeepneys and buses traveling the area for a tenth of the cost. There is a large Robinsons's mall in the area, a 150 peso tricycle ride away. It is the center of city life.
Good Quality Hotel with Reasonable Price”
Pros - room is large and spacious with AC, cable TV, mini bar and refrigerator; comfy bed, full lenght and face mirrors, telephone; drawer with hangers, shoeshine and laundry bag; like the complimentary breakfast, water, and toiletries - shampoo with conditioner, soap, cotton buds, & shower cap; there is a hair dryer, glasses, and hand towels in the bathroom! cons - no elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor; requested for a King-sized bed but was given twin bed; no cold drinks in the Eagles Nest resto
Great value for money”
Java hotel has a very good ambiance. The lobby is very nice with Igorot/pinoy interiors. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious. It’s highly recommended for couples who travel with children. The hotel has a nice pool and restaurant that serves reasonably-priced meals. Their longanisa is to die for! The only disadvantage of this hotel is that it’s located at the back of Petron gas station that affects the hotel’s image. They don’t have elevator as well, hence, going to our room at the 3rd floor would require agility. Needless to say, it’s still a great place to stay :)
I love staying in Java Hotel. Aside from friendly staff, it's accessible. It has clean rooms and relaxing. It's my favorite Hotel in Laoag City.
Accessible and clean”
Will definitely stay again
Convenient location, well-maintained hotel”
Staff are courteous and accommodating. The facilities and common areas are cleaned everyday, aside from the rooms. Breakfast choices are standard.
Best Hotel for my entire North Luzon Trip”
Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. CR and Shower are all in good working condition. Food is ok but a bit salty, I think it depends on the cook mood. Near driving distance to Jollibee and Chow King.
My Best Hotel in Laoag!!!!”
I was so amazed but this hotel. I always passed java on my way to pagudpud. this year I decided to stay and they won me over as the best hotel I stayed in Laoag. Room was big, clean, strong WiFi, and best breakfast I ever had in a hotel. they even have a swimmiming pool. i will go back next year for a longer stay.
Great service ”
The place is very homey with great staffs. The room is quite big although a bit musky. The food at their restaurant is really good. The only downside is that I was placed in a room that has an annoying and malfunctioning toilet. There was this annoying "eeeekkkkk" sound coming form the flush, I called it over and they sent a staff to look at it. But in the end the staff wasn't able to fix it and just said, "that's how it really is". But since I'm too tired to care I just left it slipped. Airport transfer is available but with a fee (200 php), I guess for those catching the last flight this service helped a lot.
Ilocos Norte journey”
I have a positive input on the location, staff and cleanliness but I got one thing I did not like. I was about to take shower the turn off the water without letting me know I have to go out and find out why. They replace the hot water heater without no warning.
The best hotel near Laoag!”
As it was not my first stay here, I choose again for Java Hotel, which means the previous stay was rated very good. Comparing to other hotels in the neighbourhood, this hotel can offer all an international traveller needs, which might differ from the local people habits. On top of that, the architecture is magnificent, the food and dining place are excellent, the bar is cozy and above all, the staff is wonderful.
Quaint Comfy Hotel”
This is a quaint comfortable hotel with nice staff making you comfortable and feel at home once you checked in. The decor is locally themed and beautiful. Spacious rooms. Fast wifi. The only drawback is that it is situated behind a gas station...and I was not able to explore more nooks and crannies of the hotel.
Ethnic looking hotel with all the convinences”
The hotel is in the city and close to airport. There's a free transportation service. All you do is fill out the tourism survey and your on your way to the hotel. It is located about 15-20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is right behind a gas station. Free breakfast if you book thru agoda. The room are spacious with adequate air conditioner and large beds. The beds were comfortable and relaxing. It's close to the everything so you can use a motorcycle with a sidecar. Great service and atmosphere.
Price at Agoda is higher than the published price at the hotel by PhP343/room/night. I thought Agoda gurantees the lowest price. It is not true. Java Hotel’s front area is a Petron Station which pose a great risk to the hotel guests.
overrated and harrassment”
infront of a gas station. dangerous. expensive ointment was lost during housekeeping cleaning. but did not make a big deal out of it. but the main problem is the staff kept on harrassing us by calling us 4 times asking where we placed the towels. which we gave to the cleaner early in the morning. and told them to checked in the laundry. but instead of checking it first, they kept on calling us asking where we place it. as if they were thinking we stole the towels. my goodness, not in the world we will stole the dirty towels. we can pay for a 5star hotel so not in the world we will stole a public-used dirty towels the have.
