Very recommended. The price very reasonable. A bit far to town area, but I like it cos very quiet and can let me and my baby sleep well. The bed and the pillow is hard, but I still can accept it. I will still stay in this hotel when I go to Sibu again. The staff very friendly.

Last minute booking at Agoda service. Could not find the hotel as I was not familiar with the map. Booked directly from the apps and the apps will integrate google map for location direction.

Clean, basic hotel in inconvenient location”
Clean room, helpful night receptionist and soft towels are the only things going for this hotel. We had no hot water the first night. Staff tried to fix this and could not and then tried to move us to a different room the next day. All rooms reeked of smoke even though no smoking signs were everywhere. The water heater was then fixed. Due to the location being a fair distance from town taxis had to be used to get there and back. We wanted the receptionist to call a specific taxi but refused to do so and insisted on a driver affiliated with the hotel. All else was fine

1. Location - a bit far from city centre. 2. Cleanliness is ok. 3. TV Receiver - the poorest, need to improve. 4. Mattress very hard. 5. Water pressure is the best part. 6. Price - a bit pricy.

the place located in the housing area. the remote that they provide us have a weak battery so we have to change the battery. it near to chinese restaurant so we heard noise from the people . it need deposit rm 50 per room so we need to prepare money. it should state in the website. wifi can be connect in lobby only not in the room

The room was comfortable. However the hotel's location is bad! It is isolated. No restaurants nearby. Need to use taxi to get to any place. Not recommended although the room was quite nice.

The wall paint was not maintain and looks ugly. The toilet is without pipe and hose. The bathroom is smelly. The bed is hard like rock as well as the pillow. The bedsheet got unpleasant smell too. I regret that I believed whatever I saw at the gallery photo. I do not recommend this to you. They room fare is cheap but bad facilities.

This hotel not provide any parking space for the in house guest, and very limit parking space during day time. Have to park the car at road side due to very limit parking space at that area.
