Every thing was amazing in this resort....the pools, the food, the aquapark .....etc the staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. Thanks Agooda for your price offer, I just paid a price of one night for 3 nights on all inclusive basis.

we faced problem during check in and check out long time waiting ,the front disk not cooperative they didn’t smile espescially mr micheal alawys mask face the beach very shallow no water you have to walk long distance to find deep water but other wise it is good we recommend it for families ,lot of aqua park and swimming pool

Hotel is amazing , staff are so nice and professional. Food is so delicious, swimming pools are wonderful life guards are on top form always around, the only issue was the WiFi is too poor even if you paying for better speed still not good and sometimes it Is difficult to connect apart from that everything was spot on and had a great time

Parts are good”
We were a family of 3 consisting of a adult and 2 kids ages 17 and 10. The outside grounds look nice and were well kept. The rooms are ok but very basic, we've had much better at similar resorts. The internet is bad. Slow connection and it boots you off quite regular. The food is edible but that's about it. Pools are nice. We had some relatives visit us for 2 hours on our last day and the resort would not let them in unless we paid $100. We'll try a different resort next time we visit Hurghada.

Arrivée à 12h30 nous n'avons pas eu droit au cocktail de bienvenue par contre comme cela fait 5 fois que nous y allons nous avons eu nos chambres vers 13h30 dans le bâtiment souhaité. Les extérieurs sont toujours aussi beaux et bien entretenus ,pour les chambres rien ne changent ,la literie est plutôt bonne ,pour les chaines de télévision en français un effort pourrait être fait (dans d'autres hôtels il y en a 4). Le restaurant sert des repas pour les allemands donc répétitifs et gras c'est dommage !!!! Au Bluemarine le manager Ehmad est vraiment le meilleur ainsi qu'Ahmed ,nous reviendrons pour eux.
