Location is second to none. This is really a winter bay of Sharm. What I loved about hotel first. Beach, and heated pool. Great guys at check in desk 👍. Diego and animation team great work 👏. Kitchen well run for endless creation of abundance unfortunately won't reflect on quality, but overall food was very good as well. Avoid "Italian " restaurant, really pointless just an excuse to sell a bottle of vino. Chef in the Italian restaurant needs re education as execution is not near the menu idea. But with all little cry me a river on how hard is your life taking week off all expenses paid in warm sunny location in end of December is absolutely fabulous 👌. The electricity keeps switching off many times during the night, which is very annoying. Also some electricity outlets in different rooms doesn't work. The hotel markets itself as 5 stars on Booking, and some of the staff said it 4 stars and some said it is 5 stars! The Italian restaurant was the best thing in the hotel with great food, but other restaurants had low food quality and few options on some days.

Beach is absolutely great, can't imagine better. But there were a few weird things for an all inclusive hotel, such as NO wifi in the rooms at all, PAID minibar (even soda) etc So left mixed feelings tbh

Un bel hôtel avec très bel emplacement”
Très agréable séjour dans un hôtel confortable avec beaucoup deux possibilités d'activité. Nous l'avons choisi surtout parce que le récif devant la plage et très joli pour le snorkeling .l'hôtel à une club de plongée dans les moniteurs sont parfait, des sorties bateaux sont organisées sur les principaux site de Ras Mohamed et Tiran. Personnel très agréable Seul bémol une wifi aléatoire et seulement dans les lieux communs.

Schönes Hotel in top Lage”
Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit Abstrichen beim Service insbesondere Poolrestaurant. Ein Shuttel per Golfcar vom Hotel zum hoteleigenen Strand wäre top, da der Weg wirklich beschwerlich ist. Insbesondere bei hohen Temperaturen. Stühle im Außenbeleuchtung sollten öfters gereinigt werden (Vogelkacke, echt widerlich). Essen mittel bis gut. Snacks am Pool nicht sonderlich, Hauptrestaurant okay. Sehr gur -trotz gleicher Auswahl- das The gazell (morgens und abends). Hier tolle Atmosphäre, Service stimmt und die Speisen sind frischer. Der Weg lohnt sich. Zimmer sehr schön und sauber. WLAN mäßig, beheizter Pool top. Meer klasse, tolles Hausriff zum Schnorcheln. Traumhafte Aussicht aufs Meer.

Il resort è bello, curato nei minimi dettagli. Per quanto riguarda le dimensioni, a nostro parere, sono giuste se si sta cercando qualcosa di più intimo/tranquillo. La comunicazione dei servizi presenti in struttura non è il massimo, si viene a conoscenza di questi ultimi giorno dopo giorno guardandosi intorno (poca comunicazione da parte del personale o per iscritto). L’animazione piuttosto scarsa, le attività giornaliere vengono fatte ad orari improponibili (ad esempio il beach volley alle 15/16 del pomeriggio, senza possibilità di rinfrescare la zona e non è possibile organizzarsi autonomamente in altri orari in quanto vietato). Per quanto riguarda il cibo, decente, c’è qualche pietanza di ogni nazionalità, ma quella italiana assolutamente da rivedere. Poca varietà in generale, sia di pietanze sia di snack (alle 17 chiudono) dopodiché rimane un bar che però offre solo qualche patatina e noccioline fino alla cena. Si riesce comunque sempre a mangiare qualcosa in generale. Il wifi è presente solo nelle aree comuni. La spiaggia si raggiunge con una discesa di scalini, veramente bella e poco affollata nonostante fosse agosto e il resort fosse pieno. Buona posizione per una delle barriere coralline più belle di Sharm.
