Great Stay! But I got locked in the bathroom.”
The room was great! very much value for money, clean, up to date, easy to get around, shops and subway nearby within 5 minutes walk. Staffs were polite and flexible. Breakfast was basic and the same for the 3 days I stayed there. However, I got locked up in the bathroom for good 30 minutes as the door latch was outside part of the door, It was loose and I did not realised it locked me out when I closed it. I kicked it and worse was when the bottom part of the door got jammed by the curb. Manage to lift and pushed open the door after a good 30 minutes of screaming and banging the bathroom walls , and called FO. Housekeeping removed the door completely that afternoon. Up till now I do not understand why is the door latch outside when the door is a see through glass anyway? Anyway, aside from that experience, I had a very great stay and will stay there again if I visit Busan!

Overall, very good. My only complaint is that the lights are convenient to control. There should be more switches to turn off lights separately. You have to turn them all on or all off.

We checked in for 2 nights.All the staff were very helpful and friendly. They can speak english too.The bed is REALLLLYYYY comfortable. My husband and i had a good night sleep and rest after a long walk at the haundae beach. Parking is available and we just walk around Haundae. Good location and highly recommended for those who are looking for a comfortable hotel just enough to sleep and hot bath after a long day outside!! Thank you for the room upgrade and unlimited coffee 🤗.

Check in is strictly at 3pm. So if ure arriving early, do plan some activities before check in. U may leave your bags at the hotel lobby. Room are spacious and clean. There was even in room computer for guest usage. Location is near the metro and also the strip of bars and restaurant. Beach is just a few mins walk away too.

Simple but fine hotel with a very good location ”
The location is great: close to Haeundae subway, 5 min walking from the beach and with many nice restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby. The hotel itself is good, a decent breakfast is served, rooms are comfortable and match the description, however, some need refurbishment. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

It was fine, no complaints. That said, I was not a fan of the fact that the sink was next to the bed. I suppose you could say it gave the room character. It was clean and the staff were nice. I arrived early and, although there is no early check in, I was able to check my bag while I explored and wandered the area for an hour. There were some problems with my key card, initially, but when I let them know it was easily and quickly solved/fixed. The breakfast buffet was decent enough and the hotel itself is in walking distance to the beachfront. I would stay here again.

Generally it is a nice hotel located near the beach. However, there are some issues. By default the room was so hot in winter and there was no way to control the temperature easily. We had to open the window :) Also, we asked for one more blanket, but the receptionist and room service didn't give us. Hope the management consider these issues.
