Close to van/busterminal ”
The room is spacious but really need to be upgraded to a much better simple room. At arrival you don't really get a welcome. There's just one small soap in the room, no daily service was offered. Water in the bathroom doesn't work. Wifi is operated but as the network in the area ia very low there's not much to do about the wifi. There's a Jollibee across the street. No facilities at the hotel

The building is kinda old and our room kinda have a foul smell coming from the sink/shower area. We’re just tired to report and transfer and we just manage to close the door. Overall, decent value for money and the staff were accommodating anyway.

The staff were very nice but the facilities aren't. Water pressure is too low can't even use the bidet properly. Had to fill in the bucket for atleast 10mins before taking a bath. Lots of cockroaches.

Not a good experience”
There are cockroaches in the room. Our stay was even worsened by drinking session noise in the other room, only to find out it was actually their staff having a celebration. Tried reaching out to the people in the room and the front desk, but no action has been done. We were so tired from our day's tour so we really wanted a good rest/sleep, unfortunately this videoke noise and laughters up until the wee hours is such disgusting. Also, water supply is not reliable.

Located centrally but old”
There's not much to choose from in good hotels in Cotabato, but this place looked nice and was right downtown, and reasonable in price. No hot water and the staff was not friendly. Very little facilities. The room had a window but one that looked into the room opposite 6 feet away!

Cockroaches all over in this hotel ”
Don't ever go there every room full of cockroaches from the biggest you seen to the smaller....I had to run out of there....not even stayed 1 night there ...I lost all my money but I will not stay where there are cockroaches running down your face

Run down. Indifferent staff. Broken floor tiles. There's nothing there save supermarket n Jollibee. Surrounding area sketchy. Water off after 8 pm. Whaaat? Not enough water pressure to shower so it's bucket time....The town seems its very poor all over. And the price is ridiculous. 💩 Yes poop greeting in the hall in the morning.

Please improve your facility. You must disinfect the room. There are lots of bugs and cockroach crawling. Not recommended.

Theres a grocery besides, jollibee across the street, bus station in front, along the highway. Aircon was surprisingly good and the guard was very helpful.
