Great location and good breakfast”
I stayed for 3 nights in a comfortable double room. Lots of space for luggage and good size bathroom. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of convenience stores, places to eat and a great cafe right next door - About Coffee & Dessert. A taxi takes about 10 mins from the airport. I would recommend paying for the breakfast here, as it is reasonably priced with a decent delicious selection of food. The staff were all friendly, spoke English and were very helpful.

My friends and I had an amazing stay in Jeju Central City. The location is very convenient - close to the airport, to shops, and to the convenience stores. The beds are so comfortable. A big plus for me was the working desk. :)

I love the location! Just right beside the hotel you can shop Etude House and Innisfree! and there are a lotttttttttttttttttt of place you can shop. Convenience mart is just in front of hotel. Easy to get the taxi. Really love this hotel <3

Good location with lots of shopping and Shilla Duty Free is just across the road. Shop at least 1 day before departure at Shilla Duty Free to enjoy duty free (next day collection at Jeju Airport).

Functional but clean and value for money ”
Was pretty comfortable for the price, good for business travellers who need to stay in the city. The bathroom does flood like other reviews say but they provide a lot of towels so it’s not too bad. They also provide mosquito spray and I was thankful that I didn’t get bitten.

Some hits, but more misses”
For the price I paid I think the hotel and room is value for money. However there were several misses.. the DND disappear after i take out the keycard. The lift can be quite annoying at times, the bathtub design will cause the floor to flood after a shower, no toothbrush/paste provided. Overall, I wouldn't call this a 4 star hotel.. perhaps 3 or 3.5 stars at most.

Location is good if you travel via public transport. 10mins bus ride to the airport so is a plus point for a cheaper option on airport transfer.

The hotel is in a very good location. They have a good mattress which can make one have a good sleep. Unfortunately the entire hotel did not have a PRESSING IRON! As a business traveler, I have a need for ironed clothes for my business meetings etc. Unfortunately I had to attend business meetings in crumpled clothes because the hotel did not have a pressing iron. Therefore for business i do not recommend staying at the Jeju Central City Hotel. For those traveling for vacation the hotel may be a good fit as long as you don't need to iron your clothes.

On the positive side, the hotel location is excellent. It is near a lot of shops and just opposite Shilla duty free. However.... When we first arrived, there was no mineral water in the room. They only put it on the second day. There were no tea bags, sugar or milk at all (although a kettle and drinking cups were provided). I requested for an iron box (in fact the receptionists didn't know what I wanted so I had to show them the picture), and they didn't have it either. The room windows were dirty. Cleanliness was so and so. There was even a grape on the floor. Our room aircond suddenly stopped working. We tried to request the hotel to fix it four times. Finally we figured out ourselves that you can't change the aircond temperature. It only works at a certain temperature.

you only get what you pay for. minimal facilities, no ventilation system or airconditioning. limited capacity of walls as a noise protector. No views thanks to the building adjacent to it. I prefer you find hotel at the bottom of the island. much cheaper and less tourist.

Airport bus stops in front of Duty Free shopping 'mall' which is across the street from the hotel (Lobby on the 2nd floor).. Short stroll to 'pedestrian street' with many eateries around. Convenient location
