Jerusalem Tower Hotel is a compact business property in a great location in the center of the city, making it popular with all travelers. The hotel is in the heart of Jerusalem’s business district, close to many of the major points of interest in the area, such as Ben Yehuda Street and the Old City. An Israeli breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day, and there is a bustling nightlife scene just outside the hotel. Amenities on-site include a gift shop and somewhere to change money, but it’s likely the well-informed concierge service that visitors will find most useful.

The room was dirty, there were marks left from previous guests, dustballs on the floor, hairs in the bathtub, dirty bathroom floor, the lights didn’t work properly, the room was tiny, we were woken up at 7am by housekeeping wanting to clean our room (yes, at 7am!!). Poor breakfast too. Overall a nasty experience. The only good thing about the hotel was the coffee shop (aroma) across the street.
Average but clean hotel with nice location and good breakfast, close to main attractions.”
Nice stay, very low bed, small room, good mini market right next door useful to get water and/or snacks for the day.
a KETTLE WITH SOME COFFEE WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL.
I stayed here about 7 years ago and it was not anything special, required a major renovation and better service. NOW it has had a fabulous renovation, it is in a prime location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for clean, prime area walking distance to everywhere and inexpensive.
Good location but poor facilities”
Very poor facilities. Not even a water boiler in the room. Poor quality breakfast. Staff can be more friendly and helpful.
Comfortable and convenient”
Great hotel, fantastic location”
We really enjoyed this hotel. It is right by the old town of Jerusalem (in walking distance) and there are a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel. They were doing some renovations when we were there but this did not impact our stay at all. Had a great time.
great location, funky rooms”
i read all the reviews before we booked. lots of people mentioned construction(there was none), but it did look very recently renovated. yes, top floors are better, the streets are loud, not the hotels fault. lots of people commented on the breakfas, not liking it, i never eat breakfast, but it sure looked huge and plentiful for free, although only served from 7-9. should be at least 10 i think. the location is amazing, off the man roads but right next to them, the central bus station and the old city are about an equal 15-20 mins walk, but there is a new light rail transit that goes all the way to both and then some for 6.60 shekels, less than 2 dollars for an hour and a half ride. super central to restaurants, bars, shopping, clubs, old city and museums, the only thing it was kind of pricey, but after endless research, we decided this was the best for us, and we had a great experience, everything was clean, staff friendly, what more can you want?
lovely room, great location,”
very flexible staff and friendly too.Modern room and I love the view of the old city.
Great spot, friendly staff”
great spot, a few minutes drive from the old town. amazingly friendly staff, great breckie, and an all-around nice spot to stay. recommended.
clean rooms in the thick of the action”
clean place in the heart of the action of jerusalem. rooms were spotless, bed cozy, and rooms were quiet, despite the construction. breakfast was good.
Nice location, nicer staff.”
Room is decent size, will a great view if you Have one of the higher views. About 20mins walk from the old city and has a lot of places to eat, drink and hang out within 5 mins walk.
Comy rooms, very helpful staff.”
The stay was nice, the staff was helpful in sorting out various tours etc and were very ones about their exchange rate being better down the lane.
good location, reasonable service”
the hotel is located not far from the central bus statsion using the tram. from the hotel the walls of the old city can be reached within 10 minutes comfortably and this is a good point. if you wish to avoid the noisy street, ask for a room on the higher floors, like 9 or 10. the rooms are comfortable and clean. the breakfast is fine. i can recommend for anybody spending a few days visiting jerusalem.
Much better than I expected”
The hotel rooms have been renovated. My room was very small but clean and cosy. When I checked in the room I realized how much I had underestimated that hotel... Recommend to stay there. Cheap but nice and comfortable...
Jerusalem Tower Hotel”
We could not wait to get out of there from the moment we entered the room. We stayed there for 1 night, did not even attempt to go to breakfast as we were so unimpressed with the room that we knew it would just upset us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone - although it is right in the centre of town, with great cafes nearby, that is about the only good thing about the hotel.
Good location, fair room for that price”
Good: Very good location (10min walk from Old City - 15min walk from Central Bus Station). Very nice, pleased service. TV. Shops, bars and restaurants near by.
Great Location but rooms could be cleaner.”
Dont ask for a late checkout-you will be refused. But I must admit, all in all- great for the price paid.
Basic accommodation in a good location”
If all you want is bed and breakfast this is a good place to stay. The location is very central within walking distance of most places you will want to visit; the accommodation is basic, there are no frills. The street is noisy, so pick a high floor.
This hotel was in a great spot. Overall, I would probably stay here again. However, it would probably need to be about cheaper to get what you deserve.
