Stayed in Villa Studio Room 5 recently and everything was easy and amazing from checking in to checking out. There was free parking available. Our villa studio apartment was very spacious and comfortable from our outside balcony to our inside cute open plan lounge / kitchen and bedroom where you can turn into a closed off private bedroom if you chose too. This studio one bedroom villa apartment had all the amenities you would need such as the sink, stand up fridge/freezer combination, 4 burner electric hotplate, toaster, kettle and a conventional microwave oven, lounge and led tv. The bedroom was very spacious and it had a very , very, firm mattress on a king size bed, a wardrobe, enough power points on either side of the bed and in the rooms,there was also an iron and ironing board also included in the wardrobe. The bathroom was nice and spacious with a large double jetted spa bath and also had a great shower pressure too. There is also a gorgeous under cover pool and whirl pool for guests to use. The location is great and you can take no more than a 2 minute walk up the road to the Local Shopping Centre which includes a Big W , Woolworths Supermarket, KFC, and variety of other stores restaurants, take aways, cafes , there is also a Chemist, a Pub/ Bar/Restaurant , as well as a Hungry Jack's and a Bus Stop accross the road. Very affordable and very clean with great location. Had an excellent stay and highly recommend to all.

Stayed here recently on the way to the Gold Coast and once again when returned back from the Gold Coast. Excellent location, walking distance to the local shopping centre ,restaurants etc…. Very clean room both times, staff members were friendly , very easy checkin and checkout both times. Undercover Pool and Spa . Stayed in a jetted bath studio room both times and was very impressed with how big the room was . It had a very comfy king bed, nice large lounge with open plan kitchen area with kitchen facilities, large double jetted spa bath in the bathroom. Highly recommend Jesmond Executive Villas to all.

Overall, I had a great experience with Executive Villa Jesmond. The room wasn't available when I arrived. I was checking in late but the cleaner was incredibly helpful, I did not have to wait for long. The poor lady has to re-make the bed for us as we request 2 single beds because the reception did not pass on. I understand that staff shortage situation everywhere at the moment, it's very difficult for a business to try to keep up with the standard of their customer. This is the reason I give you five stars. Please reward your cleaner staff for their wonderful services.

Clean room, easy parking and location, great facilities and all super covid friendly! Beds are a little used but nothing bringing a mattress topper wouldn’t fix if we were to stay there again of course! But 10/10 for the price in all honesty, will definitely recommend and stay there again!

Clean, modern, spacious, with a big comfy bed. Good location as shops, pub only cross the road. Big shutters on windows make the room quiet even though on a main road. Had a nice view of the park. Easy contactless check-in and check-out via text makes it safe and easy.
