Check in was very smooth with Tommy if I'm not mistaken, the facilities n my room benefits well explained by him. During my breakfast Agistina was very helpful taking my order n make sure I got all my food. Check out process very quick n efficient with Fadil (?) and the concierge (I forgot his name) very helpful assisting my belongings while I carried my baby n he also make sure my taxi booking. I really enjoy my time staying in JHL, all staff very helpful. I hope you upgrade your baby cot to a proper one tho, I ended up not using it due to the mattress too thin n very far down to put my baby. Other than that everything was perfect n definitely back with my fam.

The staffs are very welcoming and friendly! The breakfast was excellent, foods tasted great, with a lot of choices.. The room was very good. Clean and cozy.. complete amenities.. Room service.... thumbs up! Though the tv in the room was a bit lacking (took sometime to load), the internet wi-fi was actually fast.. Overall it was a joyful staycation.. thank you! Definitely coming back

I found the hotel is luxurious and comfy.. the lobby and rooms are excellent.. The staff are polite, Thanks to Mr. Darmawan who helped us check-out that time.. Breakfast are good, many variety, and also unique with the dessert robot walking around the area. Maybe you should give guests self serve when the hotel is full. save time and no queue I don't like the aromatherapy bath amenities. You should reconsider about the fragrance... Also about complimentary (I got macaron that night). They only give me 1 pcs, when I asked more (I got 2 kids), they didn't give us.. better no need complimentary provided at all than making my kids arguing.. it's only a macaron...

for the first time my husband is skeptical with my plan to have staycation in tangerang area.. but when we arrive at the hotel, the room, and taste the breakfast… this hotel super worth it! got free upgrade to Junior suite is a plus plus for me.. thanks to Mas Ari who help the checkin process.. 🙏 the breakfast is super complete, the taste is very very delicious.. cant get enough 🥲 will be back for sure.. thanks also to mbak Karin at FO for the smooth checkout process ❤️

Didnt expect the room to be that stunning. Its our anniversary and during kids holiday. We booked the junior suite and asked for a quiet room. We got the corner room facing east that has quarter view of the hotel. Absolutely gorgeous. It didn’t turned out to be all quiet from the live music on a weekend, but it was good enough. The staffs were excellent, kind and helpful. Upon our departure there were a stupid doctor who double parked in front of our car. Being a doctor and owning ioniq doesn’t guarantee you wont do moronic things. The security and staff again was very helpful.

It was a very pleasent stay in JHL. When we arrived the staff greeting is very very nice, polite and helpful. We were assisted by Mr. Fadli which help the check in process very easy and explain very detail. He make sure we understand everthing. Everything goes smoothly, until time we are going to shower (which very late at night). Turns out the shower handle is broken when i tried to use. It was very loose.. we called on engineer.. they come as soon as we called and try to fixed it. The next day they continue to fixed it more properly. I hope you check on the property more throroughly next time. But the hot water is very weak. For me it was not hot at all. All staff from the engineering was very nice, since i called few times regarding tv connection and shower handle. Great job. I will come again next time i need to stay in Gading Serpong area, but try to fix on that hot water please. Thank you.

I just spent one night here with my family. Their service was great. My kids played water park. This place was more than fun&happy day. I think they have a good quality facilitates for kids.
