Great location, services and pricing”
Great location. 400m away from the famous Garden Night market which is about 8mins walk. Near to 7-eleven store (3mins walk). Breakfast was pretty decent and rooms were spacious. Booked 2 quad rooms for 5 adults and 3 children (aged 8, 6 & 3). 2 double beds in each room and spacious to sleep for all. Bathroom was big too. Service was very good. Unfortunately, on the day of check-out, the hotel experience partial power failure. All lifts were not working and there was no aircon in the lobby. The hotel staff was kind to assist to carry our luggage down from our room to the lobby. Only only the front counter staff were very apologetic for the inconvenience caused by the power supply, the kitchen helper and waitress were also apologising to us. Thank you Jia again Garden for helping to bring down the luggage and the great smile you greeted us every time.

Clean & Spacious Room and Near to Night Market”
We booked room for family of 4, we get 2 king size beds, very comfortable. Room is spacious, clean and deco is elegant, toilet is clean and big too, feel so comfortable to stay in the room. Hotel provides very decent buffet breakfast and also buffet supper. We didn't take the supper. We walked to the night market which is just around 3 - 5 minutes away from hotel, the HuaYuan Night Market, to have our dinner cum supper. Hotel staff are very friendly and polite. I asked for cab to airport, they responded promptly to assist us. Overall, we love our stay in the hotel. Strongly recommended.

We arrive late, but called in advance, best part is, quickest check in I ever experience. Huge plus. Location great for famous night market. Only disappointment is breakfast, not much of a choice. Loving tub and hotel theme in the main lobby. Overall, satisfied!

Great location, friendly staff, ok facility ”
It’s 5-min walking distance to the night market. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, don’t expect too much about the facility. It’s quite old with slight smell. Absolutely no sound proof. The included breakfast is also very ok. Overall, not too bad but don’t expect too much.

3 min walk to Flower Garden Nightmarket”
Great care was put into design of the hotel and room service. Location was very near to Flower Garden nightmarket, 3 min walk plus point as Tainan transport is very lacking if you are going on your own. Room is very comfortable, was able to get good sleep; both bed and pillows are comfortable. Bath room design is beautiful and strong shower with good supply of shampoo and bath gel. Breakfast was fanastic for elderly, children, adults and vegetarians. Breakfast choice was changed daily and there is a section setup for vegetarian with fresh cooked vegetables. Self-laundry facilities available. Main minus point about this hotel corridor is not lighted during the day, so it will be dark when you walk along the corridor to your room. We got a shock on our first day of check in when my sister found faces in the bathroom not cleaned by the housekeeping staff. This is a great failure of the housekeeping to do proper cleaning of the room and bathroom before releasing it for the next guest. Location wise : Main strong point is next to Flower Garder Night Market. For rest of Tainan area of interest, you will need your own transport or take cab to go around. No restaurant nearby, you will need to walk 15 minutes to get to nearby cafe/dinning area.

Very near to night market 花園夜市. Less than 200m walk. Hotel room is new, big and very comfortable. Hotel staffs will help to call for taxi. Will definitely stay there when going to Tainan in future.

Just beside Flower Night Market”
Conveniently located beside Tainan Flower Night Market (please note that the night market is opened only on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday). Room was ample in size and all basic necessities are well taken care of. Found out from the hotel that they provide pick-up service to and from Tainan TRA station but a Taiwanese mobile number has to be provided for contact purposes. Hotel staff was also kind enough to arrange for a taxi driver to provide sightseeing services in Tainan.

Located right beside Garden Night Market”
Spacious and clean room, toilet, lobby. Conveniently located beside the biggest night market in Tainan, though be sure to check which nights the market is opened. Otherwise, a bit of a distance to other sights, which are accessible only by taxi. Tainan does not have MRT system, and public buses are unreliable.

Not up to my expectations!”
Firstly, I got a shock when I realised Jia Hsin does not provide body towels, only small and thin face towels were provided so we had a hard time drying ourselves after shower especially when the weather is so cold now. Secondly, the room has no heater even when the weather is going under 10 degree. Everything in the room are cold and humid, the beds are so cold and feel wet so we felt terrible. To summarise, I think the stay in Jia Hsin is not worth based on the amount I've paid.

Got a quad room, and found it to be very clean and comfortable. Toilet is spacious and clean too! Location is very near to Garden Night Market, about 5 minutes walk. Nearest convenient store is about 400m away.

A Comfortable and Relaxing stay”
The hotel staff was quite attentive to us and they are a group of friendly people. The bellman escort us to our room and explained the electrical appliances to us so that we can stay with no doubts. However, there is a limitation of buses so ended up we have to take Taxi around instead.
