員工很親切，對於旅人給予很多的幫忙。”

我是露營後臨時轉往清境也是臨時訂房，尚未入住先把露營後剩餘的食材帶到民宿，老闆二話不說就借我們冰箱。晚上在民宿用餐，廚師還幫忙加熱露營剩餘的食材，我們真的得到很多的幫忙。

便宜整潔，地理位置不錯”

住三樓，窗戶正對後方一個停車場，但是窗戶連帶紗窗是可以整個開啟，等於從外面就能開窗戶爬進房間…感覺不OK晚上睡得有點擔心。 早餐是自助式，還不錯的，部分設備雖然有點老舊但是整潔度還不錯，附近有便利商店 強烈建議飯店勸導員工和客人不要在飯店大門口抽煙（可以離遠一點），帶著嬰兒進出都聞到菸味感覺很不舒服！

乾淨舒適服務好，熱水夠”

距離清境農場還算近，訂到滿不錯的促銷價格，家庭房三張雙人床，原木屋乾淨舒適，棉被保暖，熱水量夠，免費早餐的餐盒會依照約定的時間送到房間，早餐是現做的三明治、薯條煎餃，滿好吃的。全家人都很滿意！

非常糟糕的住宿經驗，根本就是在住有霉味得鐵皮屋啊！”

若要去這住宿的旅客要三思，從一開始進到民宿櫃台，就是一股臭味，再上到二樓他們自己的餐廳，整個都是油煙味，到了房間整個就是霉味極重，而且沒有任何空調設備，整個超悶，再加上霉味，OMG⋯本來是打算要爬奇萊山，所以想說住一晚忍以下，但⋯當天下好大好大的雨，用網路查詢明日下雨仍有90%，跟民宿溝通自己是想要來登山，但高山氣候變化大，希望可以延後入住，但民俗一會兒說可以，而後又說不願意延期，所以當晚我們沒有住那，直接打包行李回自己家中睡才能睡的著啊！

沒有冷氣機，如果要透氣只能開窗。停車場遮陽棚非常多燕子窩，車子停在下面都是屎。除此之外，其他部分都還滿意

入住前有打電話過去詢問是否有訂到房間，飯店人員表示有訂成功。當天入住時飯店人員找不到此筆訂單，後來是有房間。雖然不曉得是否跟當初訂的房間是不是一樣規格。飯店的設備偏老舊早餐也非常普通。饅頭在保溫箱裡吃下去卻是冷冷的，是個純休息的地方，不用期待太多。

非首選但也不排斥再次入住”

山莊距離清境比較熱鬧的地方，有段距離。需要交通工具移動，房間很大，雖然感覺老舊但清潔度還不錯，熱水也充足。員工親切。房間隔音不好，而且附近鄰近馬路，下方有個露營區的客人，居然半夜兩點還不睡，聲音會傳上來。所以整體來說很吵。其餘的優點有：有飲水機、有停車場。

浴室進去有一股尿騷味但早餐還不錯”

浴室很不ok，有一根奇怪的柱子 早餐蠻多樣菜的，但是有蒼蠅會到處飛，觀感不太好 假如隔壁有小孩的話，能感受到跑跳吵鬧，隔音可以再加強
