Good enough hotel to stay in for 1 or 2 days”

1. It's on the same street as the visitor centre (the place where you have to take the bus whether you are coming or going) 2. So meaning, it's very easy to find 3. No lifts, so if you have very big and heavy luggage, you might have some issues. Thou most of the places, i observe, don't have lifts too. Except for those posh hotels 4. Breakfast is at the restaurant next door 5. Will consider it again, if i were to visit Sun Moon Lake

We booked the 4 person room. The room is big and clean. The only inconvenience thing is when you have bulky luggage to carry up via the stair only. If you are very particular about the toilet, the toilet has no separator for showering. The hostel is less than 5 mins walk from the bus stop in sun moon lake. There is many food you and find to eat along the street.

Very Clean, Comfortable and Helpfulness owner &staff”

- Room is very clean & comfort as shown in picture - Location is very great (easy to find, near the bus stop, 7-11, other store and pier) milk tea with bubble in front of the hotel is delicious - Breakfast is local Chinese food & toast at the restaurant next door - Staff can speak English and very helpful, recommended and gave us many information - Owners cannot speak English but they are very kind :)

Nice Bed & Breakfast”

Nice bed & breakfast run by an older very nice, serviceminded couple, no english spoken. Convenient location just around the corner from the shuttle bus. No lift. Room was clean enough but the bathroom gets very wet since there is no separate shower or shower curtain. Excellent wi-fi. Breakfast in the hotel next door is simple and a bit sloppy.

Great breakfast with both Chinese & Western styles... tasteful and delicious Taiwanese dishes for congee and coconut butter for toast... yummy yummy !

the staff was really helpful to offer us discounted tickets which we already bought at a higher price. She also helped us to book a taxi to cingjing which was our next destination as it was much more convenient. Overall, it was a great stay. Highly recommended!:)

Kind hosts, good location, pretty room ”

Location was good - a short walk from shuishei pier. Host was very kind. The grandma gave us fruits and crackers while the grandpa entertained us when we tried to wander around the place at night. Room was pretty - even has a dressing table! Really comfortable place with kind hosts.

Ok”

Location is great. Room is ok. But staff cannot communicate English. Although price includes breakfast, unfortunately they cannot serve before 7:30 a.m. So we miss it.

Service Beyond expectation”

The stay was fantastic. We get more than what we expect, in terms of service and value for money. The location of the is ideal and provide convenient access to the places of interest.

Average place to stay”

Place is rather old, no lift and small stairway. Can't expect help from the staff as they are a old couple. If you're traveling with a heavy or big luggage, you're gonna have a really hard time. Room and cleanliness was satisfactory however, the bed was really hard and we are not picky sleepers but it wasn't very pleasant.
