We booked a Malibu type room with 3 beds, the room is very spacious, clean, with plenty of storage shelves, and the view is really nice overlooking the pool and the mountains. The bathroom is also clean, just a bit smelly when we first checked in. The service is good, we were allowed to check in when the room was ready, which was around 12 PM. The location to the resort was a bit concerning as it involves steep, narrow, and winding roads, so make sure your vehicle is in good condition and the driver has enough skill. Overall, everything is okay, I wouldn't mind coming here again, but the driver might need to think twice, hehe.
Vacationing with our small family is safe, comfortable, and happy. We really enjoy staying at this Jimmers for the fourth time. What we like is the clean swimming pool, which is not slippery, making it safe for the kids; we don’t need to worry.
It will definitely be a place to stay again when going to Puncak. Because the location is not far up but still offers a great view of the mountains and the cool weather. This child-friendly hotel has a playground (paid 30,000/child but can be used on Saturday and Sunday) and a mini zoo (also paid 30,000 for entry) which is worth it for the kids. There are many photo spots and seating areas to relax while enjoying the fresh air. Snacks and heavy or light meals are also sold here, so no need to worry about being hungry. Definitely a recommendation for a vacation with kids.
With affordable prices, the rooms and facilities are very pleasant, the swimming pool is very spacious, there are many outlets in the room, so there's no need to compete for charging. There are many photo spots and seating areas, and the staff are very friendly. The only downside is that the road is a bit scary with steep descents and ascents, which are not lit.

9.5/10 This is my first time here with a road that has quite steep descents and ascents. Upon entering the resort, I was directed by the very friendly security to park my motorcycle and make a reservation first. The staff are super friendly. After that, I was escorted to my room, and vehicles can also be parked in front of the room (if there is space for parking). The facilities are really great, the room is clean and fragrant, the mattress is soft and fragrant, and the bathroom is clean. At one point, the TV didn't turn on, but when I complained to the front office, the engineering team came right away, very responsive! The swimming pool looks like so much fun, unfortunately, I didn't bring swimwear haha. The food is also very delicious. Best experience. Next time I want to stay here again with a different room type. By the way, I booked the Silver Malibur room.
