The Hotel is easy to find but it looked a bit old. Facilities are generally fine and the bathtub is average. If you are tall it may be a bit difficult difficult to stretch your legs inside bathtub to enjoy onsen water.

雖然是很簡單的住宿環境沒有太繁華的裝置及設施但是距離市區近很便利進出時老闆及老闆娘也都會貼心詢問床整理的很乾淨躺起來也沒有任何過敏情況泡湯也很舒服金格溫泉是下次到訪礁溪我的首選謝謝老闆跟老闆娘提供這麼簡單價廉的好住宿讓小資情侶也可以睡飽飽睡好好真心感謝您也推薦給大家

離火車站近，週邊熱鬧，服務態度好。停車是向老闆拿車票到附近的停車場停，唯建築沒電梯，如果有拿大型行李要考慮，其他皆很好

旅館較為老舊但還是可以泡個舒服的溫泉”

旅館較為老舊，沒有電梯是最需要注意的。房間隔音也不是很好，怕吵的人建議花大錢住更高級的。房間內沒有電熱水壺，裝水要去一樓裝，比較麻煩一點。房間雖然有股陳舊感，不過房間內可以泡溫泉，還是可以泡的很舒服；基本的設備都有，有小冰箱、液晶電視、第四台可以看，去完抹茶山，在附近按摩完，晚上在旅館泡完溫泉，真的睡的很好。

旅館太老舊，又沒有逃生梯，好危險。”

10月1日住宿發現二樓沒有逃生梯，衹有小陽台堆滿雜物及垃圾，窗戶還裝置鐵，好危險無逃生之處，請不要再讓其他不知道情況的顧客入住了，實在太離譜....了吧!

很糟糕!!”

房間充滿菸味，天花板有小強，要事先匯訂金，沒有瓶裝水只有杯水，冷熱水不好調整，沒有電梯，床邊櫃都是灰塵，電視沒有全部頻道都有，只有離火車站近的好處，行李和背包和全身上下都是菸味非常難受。

亲切的老板娘房间干净”

有温泉可以泡澡。房间比较老旧不过干净宽敞。我觉得很这个价钱很值得。老板娘非常热情亲切介绍了我们一家靠近旅馆的小炒店很好吃价钱也公道吃的很满足礁溪虽然没有台北台中那么繁荣不过是个好地方喜欢这个小地方

位置就在大馬路上，離礁溪公園很近，但缺點也是半夜的車聲，聽的很清楚喜歡泡湯的朋友，可以早上再泡一次，因為晚上可能用水的人比較多，水温就沒有那麼熱住宿還有附車位，真是沒得挑剔了
