1friendly staffs, 2 good English speaking 3 cleanesd and comfort
This hotel provide you all of your needed in 5 stars hotel.
The location is a little out of centre but still convenience to go anywhere. The bus stop in front of hotel can lead you to shopping , resturants within 5 stops at 20 cents. The staffs will help you for any things you may need during your stayed.
This is really one hotel of the best 5 stars hotel in Suzhou .

Decent hotel but far away from everything”
Nice interior, quiet area
We know this hotel chain and we knew the level of service was going to be good. We had no idea about its location and it proved to be rather remote although in a nice and quiet area.
The room was spacious enough (we were upgraded to a better room because they did not have any king sized bed "standard" rooms available. Service was Ok. Food is very expensive there and not particularly good for my taste - that's why I felt bad about the hotel being so far away from any restaurant area. The wife liked the Nanjing noodles though so I guess the Asian dishes might be a better option than the western ones.

Very Nice Hotel”
Very nice rooms with very comfortable beds
The Hotel was very nice. The only draw back was that it was a littl out of the way from most things and the taxi drivers did not know where it was. That is very common in China though.

静かでいいホテルだが”
目の前が湖のために静か、部屋は比較的大きめ、
チェックインの時に朝食の事を聞くと、今回の予約では朝食はありませんと言われ、バウチャーには朝食付きとかかれているのに、簡単な英語もフロントのスタッフは読めないようだった。英語しかできない人はチェックインでさえも苦労することになると思います。その後アゴダに電話をして解決しました。フロントスタッフの「後で電話します、ダメなら80元払えばいいです」の言葉にムカッときましたが、アゴダの対応が素早いので帳消しにしますが、2度と利用しないと思います。それから、朝食の時にお皿の汚れをスタッフが指でこすってそのままテーブルにおいた時は「はあ？」と思いました。従業員の教育も全くゆき届いてないろ思われます。ホテル経営者の方は、もっと従業員を教育をした方がいいですよ。

位置好，性价比不错”
酒店对面就是一个超大的公园，沿着湖边一直走就是教堂，风景很漂亮。独墅湖很安静，周围都是绿化，可以住在这里再开车去金鸡湖那里逛吃逛玩。缺点有几个，一个是预定时要的无烟房，但是进去还是有烟味，要开窗散一会才可以。第二，早餐一般，但是品种还蛮多，去苏州玩了很多次，每次都是住在市里头，这次换了独墅湖，还是满新鲜的，休息的很好。总之这酒店还是不错
