Magic in Kuta”
Absolutely beautiful resort, very peaceful with friendly staff. My two young kids loved seeing the tortoises walking around each day, one even came into our Villa for a visit. The staff were lovely, we also met the owner who drew a little map of places to visit around Kuta. The highlight of our trip was the large oasis pool. Make sure you pay a visit to the pancake soufflé cart at the end of the road too! They were amazing! We’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful, green and secluded villa”
The villa gardens are beautiful and so well maintained. There are multiple koi ponds, turkeys and birds that freely run around creating such a natural atmosphere. The 2br villa is secluded, private and so functional. Everyone loved staying here. The massage lady, Kadek, was trully an expert. Me and my wife loved her Service given was top rate and efficient. The only thing that slightly bothered us was the shared swimming pool that seems a bit dirty. But the private pool in our villa was clean and fresh. Would recommend this villa if you are looking for a peacefull setting

Fabulous”
Stayed 3 nights for our first visit to Kuta Lombok. Staff very helpful in organising scooters, transport and anything else you might need. Just ask at front desk Short walk to many restaurants and shops in the town. Loved the tortoises who wandered around the resort. Owner very friendly and good for a chat. Spa on-site great for massage…a must try. Rooms huge with great rooms aircon and outdoor bathroom. All just like represented in the pictures. Highly recommend Jivana resort.

Oase in busy Kuta”
This resort is situated behind the mainstreet of Kuta. As soon as you enter the entrance the peacefull feeling comes over you. The rooms are very spacious with a handy space Between the bedroom and the bathroom, to put the luggage and clothes. The bathroom is also very spacious and comfortable. On the terras are two comfortable chairs and a table. The pool is fantastic with a small artificial beach for children to play. The sunbeds are really comfortable and there is enough shadow. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast a la carte is very good, prepared with care and good products like fresh juices etc.

We had a nice stay at Jivana. The beds were very good, what is maybe most important. Furthermore good breakfast, nice swimming pool and everything was clean. Only downsides were the WiFi (we had none in our room and any other place it was very slow), and the shower was cold most of the times. If they would fix these things it would have been a great stay.

All staff are welcome and warms with responsive. Quick check in, and breakfast is various with acceptable quality. The only thing that the private pool has little damage (old broken) resulted sharp edge at downstairs was unsafe for kids swimming in. Overall are acceptable and recommended

Wonderful staff and location. Housekeeping.. not so great”
The resort is set in a beautiful landscaped compound. Staff were fantastic and accommodating. Even prepared a breakfast box for our VERY early flight. HOWEVER, * Housekeeping really needs some retraining! Not the worker’s fault. I suspect they weren’t trained properly. Dental floss on the floor was there for 3 days, cups were not properly washed, sheets were changed everyday despite the fact that we didn’t request for change (resort claims to be eco friendly - ask that u leave tag on bed if u want to change bedsheet) * if you’re a light sleeper this resort might be a problem as it is located in a “village” so morning prayers on the loud speaker can be heard at 4.30am! And roosters crowing at 12am?? * Breakfast was quite limited and not fantastic. Chef needs to learn how to make proper hollaindaise sauce. It was way too sour Location was great though. Walking distance to restaurants and bars but not the noise. Oh and please feed the kois in the villa and clean the pool !!

Oasis in an Island!”
Jivana is definitely very serene and an oasis in a hot island. And I can watch the beautiful Koi fish for hours. The owner really take great care for them, and also they have rare forest chicken, and they are so beautiful. Great landscape! The only down side is the pool is a little bit dirty, can't see anything inside the big swimming pool.
