Great Budget Accomodation”
JJ Home has everything you need in simple cheap accomodation. Comfortable beds, a fan and ample space. The bathrooms are clean and have hot water. Wifi works well. It's also a very quick walk to everything in Phetchaburi including the mst visit night market!

Great Place! Ive stayed several times in Phetch, and JJ is my favorite place! Good value for money, and the owner and his wife are friendly, fun, and interesting people. You can buy beer onsite for the same price as 7-11, there are scooters available to rent, and the location is central to all the places you might want to see in Phetchiburi.

Nice little place in a nice little town”
Great location, and super friendly lady receptionist, who made me feel comfortable and at home (not that it's a requirement, but definitely a bonus). The room is just a room, nothing to complain about. Nice, spacious communal area. There is live music nearby quite late, until midnight I think, but it didn't bother me.

Great Budget place”
I got a room for about the price of a hostel and it was a decent size although the windows were not great I did manage to close them so that I could sleep without so much traffic noise. The toilet did have toilet paper once I found it and the shower was not good because of a lack of pressure. Location wise it is not far from some temples although it is a bit of a walk from the railway station its still a distance you can walk. Staff were friendly enough and the downstairs are was quite nice to relax in. Wifi was ok.

Good location, friendly owner”
We stayed in a double with aircon. Though furniture is old, the room is clean, aircon works.fine and wifi signal strong. There is a shared balcony outside room with a stand to hang laundry. Lady owner is friendly and staff cleaned the room daily. Common area outside room where drinking water, hot water and utensils are available. Some selfish lazy guests did not wash the plates after using it and simply stack it back on top of the clean plates. If they are so lazy just leave on table so staff can wash! Not the fault of the staff at all. Good location: 20 minutes walk to train station, 10 minutes walk to night market, 10 minutes walk to Wat Mahatat, 15 minutes walk to entrance of hill palace.

Central location and bargain price”
This place is incredibly cheap. I paid 200 baht for a private single room with shared bathroom. The rooms are rather old and very basic but have comfy beds and a fan which is all you need. The street can be a bit noisy and there is a bar 2 doors down which can be very noisy til about 1am so bring ear plugs. The owners (Thai and American) are lovely and helpful with good English. Very good music in the common area too. Perfect location. Nice and central. Highly recommend this place

The room I was in was in need of some work. The linoleum flooring was cracking very badly. The shared bathrooms are awkward too. They are downstairs and basically in the kitchen. But you can't beat the price! Owners are super friendly and will give you all the information you need!

Perfect place to base yourself for a day or two of venturing out and seeiny sites. Nice large rooms and central location. Scooters and Bikes for hire. Friendly and helpful staff.

Budget guesthouse”
It was very noisy, loud music playing from outside well over I am,cars,motor cycle running during the whole night. The floor is wobbling as making a big noise when any body getting upstairs .The lady who can speak a bit English is very nice,always has a lovely smile.It is really a good cheap place to stay if you can sleep through the noises.

My stay was awesome. The owner was amazingly helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help me with directions and advice about the area. I loved having ice cream so close to (they sell it in the lobby).

the owner is very helpful and friendly, the cheapest room is nothing special and you have bath downstairs. they have moto for rent and also they give you a map with a lot of indications!! for 1-2 nights is OK!!
