Hotel was very clean! No staff...aka fully remote. 1st off ...remote in room doesn't work? Use button on bottom of TV in the middle. Press up..toggle right..press up..choose hdmi2. Hopefully you are up and running now. Also, call about 10-15 min before you get there for parking code and room code. When you pull in...yes, park in the parking garage, if you didn't call for code ahead of time, tell the person working the gate that you have a room in the hotel, they can look you up and give you your code. Heads up...there is not always attendant.

Nice great location Hotel but the parking is very strange. Other non Hotel folks also parked in the Hotel parking spots on the 3rd floor. Also didn't like there was no hotel attendant on board or on the location. Other than that we had a great weekend.

Clean & Convenient ”
The hotel is located within walking distance of beach, restaurants, & shopping. The room was very clean & easy to keep temperature regulated. We stayed during a cold front with warm moving in again. Although, staff is not on premises, they are readily accessible by phone. We had to contact for mild TV issue which was corrected in several minutes. We love the fact that we a parking space came with the reservation, because parking has always been an issue with us in the past at John's Pass. The only very small complaint we had was with the parking staff. You get a private code to punch in at the parking deck. The staff at the parking gate would ask for the code to punch it in & every time the gate would not go up. We punched in code gate went up. Besides, there was no reason for them to get our code, it is supposed to be private. All in all we would stay at John's Pass Hotel again.
