I booked this unit due to it's location and it provide enough bed for everyone in my family to rest comfortably. The unit is clean with all the facilities in working condition. Wifi is available and they provide TV box and it will be good if you have a Netflix account. I only watch movie from Youtube which is enough for us. The owner is very helpful. A detail guide on how to check-in was given to us so there is not a problem to find the unit and check-in. The security guard is also very helpful. Highly recommended

Highly recommend for family. The place is really nice and functionable. They provide all necessary utilities. And great view. Even, my family spent more time at balcony. Perfect for staycation. Only problem is the deposit RM200 need to pay by Maybank. No reception. So communication is done thru Whatsapp. Lack of directions, took 30 minutes to find the apartment because all have to use access card even in lift.

Was stuck waiting for hotel as the owner required deposit to Maybank Malaysia through bank transfer. For any non Malaysian without bank account. Make sure you send out few days before to ensure smoother transition. Otherwise the room is big and comfortable. Beds are comfortable and towels provided. Would stay again.

Overall the stay and place is OK. Well organise and very clean. Location was good as it located inside KSL Mall. The only set back for this booking is the check in system. You don't expect to check in like you check in hotel. You need to contact the unit agent to get the access card and parking validation card. Going up to parking also another problem. Not sure how they came out with the structure of the parking. For resident, the parking will be at Level 5 & 6 and is plenty of space. Gentle reminder, you may charge for some deposit prior the check in and they usually allow for bank transfer instead of cash. Overall highly recommend to book this unit. View is nice and is nearby swimming pool.
