Everything is very nice, excluding the Wifi.”
The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Everything is good. However, the Wifi is too short or sometimes even out of service.

unpleasant”
cheap
the only good thing i can think about is the competitive price compared to other hostels in london. but you get what you pay for (or actually worse at this place). 1. the staffs there are not friendly at all, even though they answer your questions, but they always show their piss off face at you. (not just one, quite a few of them) 2. terrible internet connection, i was there for 8 nights, at least 3 nights had no, or unstable internet connection. i was only spent a few hours every night, not too sure how the internet was like during day time. 3. the rooms smell stink, although the room not considered dirty, but simply smell stink. 4. the rooms are super warm, i believe it's because of the poor, or totally no air circulation between the room and outside, and too many people in one room with the heater on, the room was just too warm. i sweat and got up quite a few times. 5. the kitchen was simply yuck! it has the terrible smell and stains everywhere, i was glad that i didn't have to cook that few days.

I got what I paid for”
1) cost 2) close to tube and 3) hot water
I was in London for a conference and on arrival was stoked with the location of this hostel. However what first struck me when I got into my room (up 4 steep flights of stairs) was the lack of sanitation (despite a checklist on the bathroom wall saying they were cleaned on the hour. They weren't) and security (there were locks but the doors were always ajar). For instance, between approximately 140 patrons, 4 out of 6 toilets were out of order, and the hallways smelt like sweaty-boy and toe-jams. There was nowhere to store massive suitcases, so many of my roomates simply left all of their gear in the middle of the room; a real hazard, particularly for the many who stumbled in in the middle of the night. I had paid for 9 nights, and on my 3rd, I was poked in the shoulder in the middle of the night by the man in sole charge who - once I had removed my earplugs and eye-patches) - proceeded to ask me if I was meant to be in this bed. Shocked, I reached for the slip of paper I'd received at the time of my check-in which did not say I was switching beds. However, I was told at this time - after midnight, I may add - that I was meant to switch to another bed, in another room. At no time had this been communicated with me. He was "nice" enough to leave me in my repose for the night, but I was to take all of my belonging to the front desk in the morning and they would see if I had a bed the next night. WTF. I was particularly careful not to react because it'd been reported to me that the man who poked me (in an-all-girls dorm), was known to leave people hanging without a bed if he didn't like you. So although many things warranted a complaint, I was too far away from home (in NZ) to do so.

Pretty cool place ”
Staff, location, and price
I had a pretty good stay the hotel was nice and chill met a lot of amazing people from all over the staff was amazing super helpful and nice the only problem I had was the smell of the room it smelled like feet but what can you expect when there are 15 strangers in one room I'm the end you get what you pay for and if you want to experience London and not pay a arm and a leg stay here aside from the room smell this place was great and I enjoyed my stay and will surely stay again

It was really funny. Worth the money.”
clean, lots of toilets, nice place.
It was amazing. We only spent the nights at the hostel and for that it worked. The breakfast was surprisingly good. It was a buffé for breakfast :)

Money Saver Choice”
Cheap, 3 min walk from tube
The bedroom was a little crowded. Even it is hard to sit in bed since there are three beds vertically. Breakfast you can get as much bread and milk as you want, the cereals and jam as well!

not bad for a budget place”
close to train station
if you are looking for a very cheap hostel then this is the one to choose. although you can say alot of bad things about it, it goes by saying you pay for what you get. the beds are clean, staff are friendly and its good for a 1 nighter
