It was my mom's 60th birthday and I wanted her to celebrate her meeting this milestone after all the challenges our family faced during the peak of the lockdown. We availed the 2 bedroom Executive luxury suite room and enjoyed the perks and facilities quite well. The staff are very accommodating and efficient. Reservation of facilities such as the gym and pool are very flexible, we had the pool, jacuzzi and sauna to ourselves at this time (weekend in June). I am impressed with the fact that every corner of the room is suitable for productivity, comfort and photo-ops. Maybe 1 criticism is that they didn't provide even simple birthday greeting for my mom (balloons or tarp, etc.) despite me telling them that it's her birthday. Anyway, enjoyed our stay and hopefully be back soon.

AMAZING AND RELAXING! ”
Everything is perfect ♥️ They have a lot of guests so we waited for a few minutes for a parking lot. The girl at the front desk is very nice and sweet 🥺 I booked One Bedroom Executive Suit and it’s cheap but the room is huge! The bed is comfy and nice. BTW IT’S FRIENDLY!! They also have a huge refrigerator for your food and drinks. You have all you need the room. We cooked there and everything works perfectly. The bathtub is also huge and good for me and my man.

Worth my money!”
We stayed from Sunday to Monday so we didn't feel like the place was crowded at all. Amenities are complete. The staff was very courteous, as in everyone greets you wherever they see the guest. The free breakfast was okay, great selection of fruits and breakfast options. More importantly, my nieces enjoyed their bathtub experience. I personally liked their spacious bathroom. Wish I had one at home. 😂

Perfect staycation for families with kids”
Availaed both lunch and breakfast buffet. Only a few selections but good food overall. Loved their smoked salmon and assorted fruits. Indoor pool was perfect though the big pool wasnt heated at the time we stayed. 2-bedroom suite is huge for a group of 5persons with 1 kid.

A home away from home indeed!”
Booked a room spontaneously so we can have a relaxing night away from our city, and we got what we paid for. We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were so comfy that it was hard for us to get up in the morning. The food and wine that were served were top-notch. The hotel is close to the mall and other outlet stores so it was easy for us to go out and buy the stuff we needed. We really can't leave our furbaby at home so it was a huge plus that the hotel is pet-friendly. I would definitely book again, and hopefully, a much-needed longer stay so we can enjoy all of the amenities Joy Nostalg Hotel & Suites has to offer.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay in Joy-Nostalg. The rooms were pristine and well-appointed. I was expecting that it would feel old (I have known of this hotel for decades) but the place still felt fresh. We had a two-bedroom suite - super spacious and had everything we needed for our group of 5. Even the dishwasher was working perfectly! Internet was also working very well, good option to work from 'home'. Overall a great stay and can't wait to be back.

Spacious and very clean room! The breakfast buffet had a good selection. A bit of hiccup there when a staff called us to say that we have damaged the microwave oven and would need to pay for it. We didn’t use the microwave oven though rather the conventional open. We burnt the chips that we reheated and was concern that the oven was not properly turned off and called for assistance. We received thay call instead. 😅 They were quick though to check and apologized for the miscommunication. All in all my family enjoyed our stay!

fuss free check in and check out. loved the amount of real estate for the price. daughter had a great time rolling and flopping around on the bed. loved the view because she saw many cars. pool was wonderful too. very good sensory experience for a toddler especially the jacuzzi like pool.

I like this hotel .. I like it before and I still like it now. Better than Hyatt city of dreams.. internet is fast and unit is spacious. You pay the comfort but it’s still fine even cost more than most of the hotel around in ortigas

Spacious and safe place for my baby”
My son is a pandemic baby so i am a bit hesitant to bring him to places as i fear for his well being. Joy Nostalg gave me a sense that my baby is safe from virus as they have ample time for disinfection before they release the room to their guest.

Surpassed my expectations”
So impressed with how the hotel has maintained it's rooms... really neat and tastefully designed. The rooms are really spacious. I enjoyed the 2 Bedroom-suite with all the amenities. Lots of storage and my guests really loved the decor. Parking was a minus though plus it's so hard to contact the hotel via their phone lines (super busy). The buffet (though limited) served really sumptuous dishes. So impressed with the decor of the restaurant. I will definitely book again. They made me stay at the room with a better view. Thank you very very much ... also some really nice staff there - Friendly FO Leneth. And the housekeeping department too.. responded well with my requests. Thank you also for the surprise birthday cake... that was unexpected. You made my event extra special.

Great Location, Nice suite room”
The suite room is too big and too nice to pass up. Location is very near Robinsons Galleria so there should no problems with dining options if you want to dine out.

Spacious Room”
They have spacious room which is perfect for people who travel with family. The mall is walking distance. They have limited parking slot though. I was not able to park my vehicle at the basement when stayed here because there's no available slot. I have to find a parking place which I pay extra and not convenient because I have to walk to get my vehicle and drive back to the hotel.
