Best Hotel to stay in Sapporo if you travel by public transport”
We are super happy to have chosen this hotel. It is literary located very near to the train station, only about five minutes walk. It is surrounded by convenient stores around which helps us to get everything we need. The location also very near to the malls. The hotel itself provided very good services, good sized room with windows and good bathroom. The bed is good and the pillows super good. The breakfast was super good provided a variation of breads, soups, salad, coffee, tea, milk and juices. For the extra services, we asked them to keep our lugages for a couple of days while we go to a ski trip and they are willingly to help us with a smile. Will definately come back to this hotel once we come back to Sapporo. Definately good quality for the price.

Best location at Super Value Rate”
The staff at the front desk communicates very well with English speaking guests. We were very happy with how they answered all about inquiries. The breakfast though basic and simple were deliciously prepared. The staff in the breakfast area were very friendly and accommodating! The housekeeping were likewise polite and meticulous in cleaning and filing our rooms with the needed toiletries. Overall, we’re very pleased with our stay in this hotel!

Great Location, Nice Room, Great Service”
The hotel is very near to JR Sapporo Station with mostly covered walkway which is good for travel during winter time. Family Mart is just opposite the hotel and Lawson is behind the hotel, shopping mall and alot of eateries nearby the hotel. Room is clean and nice, staff is friendly. Hotel provided simple breakfast (5 types of bread, salad, soup, etc) which is good enough. Great value of money and would love to stay at this hotel in future.

Exceptional”
It is a fine business traveller hotel with all the neccesary facilities. Located at the center of town close by to sapporo station and malls. Literally stone throw away. There is also a few convinient store dotted around the hotel which is very convinient for buying mid night snack. Hotel staff is friendly, some even speak english which is a plus point to non japanese speaker. Breakfast comes with a variety bread, cake, mash potato, eggs, soup hokkaido dairy milk products. Totally a great way to start the day. Since it is a business hotel, don't expect fancy pancy facilities like any 5 star hotel. There is also dedicated parking at JR 55 business tower with one day fixed price multiple entry and exit parking. Must make sure to stamp parking ticket at receptionist before driving out thou. Will stay there again if travel solo there.

Perfect for short stay”
Stayed a night with my 12 yr old. 2min walk from Sapporo station, lots of shopping and F&B nearby. Easy 15-20min walk to Tanukikoji shopping arcade and Susukino. Small but adequate rooms. Just enough space for a cabin suitcase and a 28" suitcase. No wardrobe, only a few wall hooks to hang clothes. Double bed abt 140cm wide. May not be enough for 2 large adults. Complimentary continental breakfast in lounge, which doubles as a waiting lounge/space to relax after breakfast hours. Fast internet. Helpful staff. Great value for money. Will definitely stay again.

Our room was the largest of 4 hotels (Tokyo, Kyoto, Nagoya, Tokyo and now Sapporo) we have stayed in on this 2020 Snow Festival trip. Enough space for our 2 large bags (120 l and 80 l for our 35 days trip). There was a long workbench, just nice for hard drive, computer space, cameras and chargers BUT only two power points; next time I will bring additional adopters. Breakfast is OK. Hard boiled eggs were pre-salted. Will come back again.

Always satisfied with JR Inns”
This is another JR Inn that we stayed at during our trip to Hokkaido. The hotel was convenient enough for us to access various areas in the city. Right next to the JR station, the hotel is surrounded by shopping and food spots. Hotel staff were nice. I especially remember that we could choose the pillow filling to match our preference, which was nice! We will stay here again when we visit Sapporo next time!

Can choose the pillow u like. Free breakfast is nice with buns, soups, boiled eggs and yogart. Room looks new and very comfort , bigger than other semi double. Excellent location near JR. Fast check in and out.

Great Stay & Strategic Location”
It was a 5 nights stay and we totally love it. Even though we got the smoking room but it does not have cigarette smell. Breakfast was simple and nice. Family Mart just right opposite the hotel. Greatest thing was the hotel allowed us to place our luggage at lobby temporarily on our check out day as we have flight at night.

Good quality hotel within 3-4 minutes walking from Sapporo Station”
This is a business style hotel, the staffs are very professional & speak good English. It's outside the JR Station, you have to exit from the right exit and walk about 5 minutes (80% of the walkway is covered, it's like shop corridor but covered). The room is small (I booked a small double room) but well designed which make you feel comfortable during your stay. The bed quality and shower are good. Free facial cream available at the lobby. The internet speed is super fast (50-70Mbps). The complimentary breakfast is simple but good quality, the menu included bread, cakes, eggs, salad, Hokkaido milk, juices, yoghurt and jelly.

Friendly staff, small but yet comfortable room for two, simple breakfast and yet fulfilling, strategically located near JR station, facilities limited but sufficient. Such a value for your money. Will come back to JR Inn if I’m coming back to Japan.

The hotel is quite new. The greeting and the service from the staffs are even better than 5 star hotels. The location is just opposite to JR station EAST entrance. Very worth the money spent. Will definitely go back again.

I’ve been in JR Inn just one night. My flight arrived late so I was really happy that the hotel was located so close to Sapporo Station. The city isn’t that big so you can walk and see a lot from there. Cleaness and staff is absolutely great!

Great for all kinds of traveller”
Very conveniently located to the JR Sapporo station (as long as it doesn't rain or snow). High quality toiletries are provided (no shower cap though). Their twin room is bigger sized than most rooms in Japan with plenty of space to move around even with two big luggage laid out. Complimentary breakfast choices are limited and the same every day, but all are of high quality. Love their fresh Hokkaido milk and their potato salad - they were my daily must-haves when I stayed there for 5 nights. Front desk staff always have a great smile and never failed to greet guests. There is only one pillow provided per bed in the room, but you are always welcome to get another pillow of your preference from the pillow selection next to the front desk. Amazing hotel - I will definitely stay again if I'm visiting Sapporo again.
