Great getaway”

We enjoyed our stay at the Jubilee Pension. From the first moment of arrival the owner spoke in English and was very friendly and helpful. They offered us some Hanlabong fruit grown on property and owner provided fresh towels on demand. Definitely respected our privacy. We booked the King Double Room with whirlpool tub which was very nice to relax in after each day. Big bathroom and nice quiet area but not too far from Jungmun resort area with our rental car. Only annoying negative was the mattress was wrapped in plastic so every move on the bed was noisy.

Very very clean and comfortable pension”

I must say I am very impressed with this pension. My first impression was the colonial-looking building looked comfortable and the inside was even better. I think this is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever visited, and the room was so comfortable. We arrived very tired, after having flight transfer and delay due to bad weather so we really needed a good rest and thankfully we got it! The bed was so soft - we slept like a baby, and they installed heater on the floor so it was warm inside despite the cold outside. The room was equipped with modern amenities and fixtures - you could also cook in your room, as they provided stove, pans, plates, mugs, kettle, etc. Having said that, the location was a bit further than the main road, but still in the center of many attractions in the southern area. So if you drive yourself you need to pay attention to the signs they provided. It was a bit far from the crowd, but around 10minutes walking to beach. If you like quiet area, this place is for you. But I was impressed the most with the hospitality of the owner. Mr. Kim communicated very well in english, politely helped us with our luggage and other inquiries, and even drove us to the convenience store so the next morning we could have our breakfast ready as we checked out early. My friends and I were really happy with our stay. The only thing I regretted was we only stayed for a night. Next time hopefully I can come and relax for a few days here.. I would definitely recommend this pension especially if you travel with family, group and couple/honeymooners - I heard they have a jacuzzi in some rooms!

Wonderful stay in jubilee pension”

Enjoyed my stay in Jubilee Pension very much. The owner is very friendly and the place is beautifully designed. Room is big and the design is new and cozy. The view from Jubilee Pension is good.

Wonderful Stay in a Cottage-like Pension”

We had an excellent experience in Jubilee. Other reviews pretty said everything about it. Cleanliness is beyond comparison. The place was a hidden gem and more accessible by driving. I regretted not booking it for more days due to other plans. In an nutshell, the whole place with the exterior landscaping and surrounding seas and hills is picturesquely beautiful. It would make one think of retiring there. Thanks to Mr Young and his wife for the great experience. We will definitely be back.

very queit and clean, kind”

This is not a kind of hotel but seems like small condominium. I stayed unshared house that was very clean and nice facilities and calm. I'm very sensitive about sound so i choose unshared house and I had a good night sleep. This pension was new and opend 1 month ago. Most of all, bathroom was large and good that has nice whirlpool bath. It made me relax and comfortable. I was satisfied.

Nice stay”

We had a nice relaxing time staying in Jubilee Pension. The location is a a little far from the attractions its better to travel by a car. However, it's a nice area that is peaceful and laid back.

Best in Jeju”

Beautiful room with an ocean view in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean, has everything you need. Great location. Very friendly staff. Value for money. Will definitely be coming back next time we visit Jeju.

The pension is located within tourist spot and away from the city. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable.

Great ambience with superb service”

I must say that the stay was superb. Every place have their pros and cons. Mine is as below - Pros - 1) Very quiet location. Away from the city. On most morning I wake up with the chirping of birds. 2) Cleanliness of the entire place was second to none. Not a single piece of thrash within the vicinity. 3) Owner of the place (Mr Kim Young and his wife, Mrs Kim)stays there. Gives us all the directions, places to visit, what to eat. Mr Kim even send us out to places which we wants to go (this might just be individual, please do not expect him to do it for everybody). Cons - 1) The location is very far off to many major tourist attractions (approx 1 hr), driving is a must as taxi fare cost us approx USD 100 a day to and fro. 2) Room do not have shower towel, only face towel. Only 2 pillows on the bed. 3) Not much food places around there, will require to travel out to grab something to eat in the middle of the night.walking out to the nearest stall takes Ard 20 mins in darkness.

A highlight of two week trip to Korea”

This really was the highlight of a two week trip to South Korea. You need a car to get there, and there isnt much around, but this is what makes it so great. in a wonderful little beach village, nestled in between Orange greenhouses and rice fields, its really quiet. there is a great little coffeehouse in town, as well as a cheap authentic restaurant with an English menu. Its also not too far from one of the must see waterfalls,as well as the small city with restaurants and bars.

A clean and new room”

Overall, an enjoyable experience. Big , spacious , clean , tidy , white room. Comfortable bed. There is a mini fridge and toilet and bathroom is clean. Kim the owner is friendly and knows how to converse in English. Ask him for direction to a nearby restaurant (Value for money).

a quiet and beautiful place for couple or family”

wonderful place, best for a non-rush and relaxing trip. We brought food from nearby shopping mall and made a nice dinner there. It would be even better if the guesthouse can provide some simple cooking sauce and seasoning.
