    Comfort rooms is communal, noisy at night, bad accomodation

    For one receptionist was not nice. They said since there is a night club on the lower floor, it's noisy at night. There is no comfort room per room, a common toilet which is so dirty and smelly is all they can offer and lastly they do not accept cancellation and refund. I have no choice but to book in other hotel and I wasted my money with this hotel.

    Noisy and terrible”

    Terrible, first we were welcomed by a large speaker banging the sound in our ears. It was in the third floor with no staff to help in bringing our things up. Second, there is only one attendant for the entire hotel and when we arrive there at 10pm it was only then that she fixed the room. Third, the room was dirty we did not use the towel because we are not sure due to its dirty white color, there was no lavatory in the comfort room and the pail is so dirty. Fourth and most of all we can hear the sounds of the bar located beside our room so you can imagine how sound is our sleep in here. Lastly, I'm so disappointed

    Cheap but nothing around there..”

    Cheap!! That's it. Cheapest room but no toilet in the room. Additional 200php to be room with toilet.

    I just stayed on nyt. Was finding cheap room to sleep only. Was ok for me. But bit far from city or everything. Not for couples or families. And noisy outside then hard to sleep if u care. There r some Small shops to buy some food n drinks around this hotel. Stuff were friendly which I only liked in there

    Be careful!”

    The price is the lowest one in Gen Sen.

    This hotel price is really low but WITHOUT C.R.!! How can a hotel such price but without a private toilet inside the room? Where can I go to take bath? It dosen't make sense. Need to pay PHP200 more for upgrade the room with toilet. That's mean the price is not the cheapest one!! Very far away for center of Gen Sen.

    Small but comfortable”

    The staffs are very friendly and nice

    It is far from what is said in the info. It is already in the farm area of Gen San. I need to pay extra for taxi. But the people/staffs there are very accommodating and friendly. They assist me in my needs. I have no problem with my 14 days stay. Only the location which is far from airport and new SM mall.
