I like the attractive open spa hot springs ”
I like the open spa hot springs, I tried all types of springs and all were comfortable. Room a bit small so I stay most of the time in the hot spring

Have fun in water park ”
It is good to bring the kids to have fun in their water park or enjoy different kinds of hot spring. However, the quality of sleep in the room is very poor, no sound proof. Very noisy ...

Real hotspring with plenty of tour groups visiting”
Many hotspring spa, some friendly and helpful staff, walking distance to the town centre (about 15 minutes walk)
The receptionist was very helpful when we checked in, and upgraded us to a family room with 2 double beds. The motel (as it was advertised outside the complex) was spacious but many of the facilities were dated. The breakfast was the same everyday, and one staff was rather unfriendly when asked for refilled of exhausted food. There were many Chinese/ Korean tour groups which stayed for one day only, and they were NOISY espeically during the early hours in the morning, therefore we did not sleep too well for the 3 nights of our stay. The bed was too short for my hubby (he is 6' tall). Overall, the spa was genuine and worth a visit.

Good for Relax”
Size of the room is reasonable, facilities is good, hotel staff are always friendly
Good to try although is is quite far away from the Taipei Downtown. It is good for vocation with family, walking distance to the tourist area.

Nice hotsprings”
Hotsprings, pools...
The hotel is far from everything. It took a long time via bus to get here from the airport. Then we had to get a taxi from the bus stop to get to the hotel. We got there about 3 pm and they refused to check us in until 4 pm. I understand the hotel says check in is 4 pm, but I have never been told to wait until the last minute to check in. Our room was small and even though it was the end room we could hear a lot of people talking and kids running around until late into the evening. The food at the hotel was so so and expensive (our breakfast was included in the hotel charge). It was raining and windy the night we got there but we still went to the hot springs. That was the best part of the hotel. I have never been to hot springs before, so I don't know what to compare it to, but we enjoyed it so much that we forgot about all the average (at best) conditions of the hotel. The hotel offers visitors to use the pools and hot springs even if they do not stay there - I would recommend doing that and then staying at a hotel closer to the city. We chose this hotel since it was close to Yehliu Geopark.
