The resort was nice, rooms were spacious and clean. The food variety was good and the staff who we came in contact with were wonderful. The front desk staff had no customer service....of the 2 rooms we stayed in, one had mosquitoes and the two people who stayed there were covered in mosquito bites. When front desk staff was made aware, they ignored us and went back to talking among themselves.

Very Disappointed”
The hotel is overpriced for what it included. The food was awful, we didn't find anything that our family would eat. The toddler splash area was to deep for my 20 month old and the water was so cold she didn't spend much time there. My older daughters, ages 9 and 6, loved the water slides but there was always a line to get the tubes you need to ride on them. Also, our room was infested with antsz that got into our luggage. Overall it was a HUGE disappointment and a waste of money. Our family will not be going back.

Great stay with lots of fun for the kids”
We had a great time at the park. Stayed for 3 days. Two adults with one adult child and one 6 year old. The 6 year old enjoyed the slides, the evening fun and the other stuff the park has to offer. The all inclusive was great. Lots of restaurants and free bars - never any queue for the free bar when I was there :)

Swietny 2 tygodniowy pobyt . Wszystko super ,ciezko wymienic wszystkie zalety resortu. Kazdy kto zdecyduje sie na jungle aqua bedzie bardziej niz zadowolony. Jedyne zastrzezenia ktore nie wplywaja na ogolna ocene to . Roznorodnosc potraw po miedzy poszczegolnymi restauracjami powinna byc zauwazalna a nie jest. Codzienne sprzatanie pokoi na slabym poziomie. Do jungle aqua napewno wrocimy . Swietna obsluga niesamowity entertainment dla gosci. Dobre jedzenie :)
