A very special mention goes to Susan, the Hotel Manager, who was extremely professional, polite, approachable, and genuinely caring. I had a small issue during my stay, and Susan personally got involved and took the matter into her own hands. Her problem-solving attitude and calm professionalism made a big difference. What impressed me even more was her attention to detail—she noticed that one of my suitcase wheels was damaged due to a long flight and immediately arranged for the maintenance crew to fix it. This level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. She was always kind, welcoming, and easy to approach. I would also like to highlight a gentleman from the housekeeping team whose name I unfortunately did not get. Every morning, I was greeted with his warm smile, and he always addressed me by my first name, which I found incredibly friendly and thoughtful. He consistently asked if my room needed cleaning and took care of everything immediately. His kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude truly enhanced my stay, and I hope the management recognizes his excellent service. The overall hotel experience was excellent—comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming.
