Stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed our stay..the view from hotel is amazing.so beautiful.the food comes in a large quantity and very tasty. Rooms has perfect interior design with a huge Bathtub . the owner was very friendly and all the staffs did a great job.They took care of us very well.can't wait to come again.Thank you so much for anniversary cake and decorations.no words to describe it.

Not a good location but the staff service and facility was great.”
If you travel with your family, it would be a nice place to stay as its says in the hotel name as resort. But I was traveling alone and form me the location was the most important thing, and this hotel is in the top oh the hill, takes about 20 mins to the lake side where you can go out at night. The road condition is really horrible from the hotel to the city. The road is not complete, yet. Although, the staff and service was really nice.

Top of hill, great views at a price”
This hotel just opened few months ago and only the four presidential suites are open for business as they are building an adjacent structure of suites. The Pres. suites are huge and have everything you need. The staff is very helpful. The downside of the place is that it’s located up a hill overlooking Pokhara and you must traverse some very rough roads to get there. Takes about 40 mins and $18 from the airport. Taxi drivers dread to go there... The 360 view on the roof top is absolutely amazing and you can see all of the Annapurna Massif in front of you as well as the city and the lake. Food menu is complete but I have to say that with the low turnover means the food is cooked from frozen and isn’t too fresh.

It was like in a dream, couldn’t believe that it came true in undeveloped Nepal full of bad hotels and services. Breath-catching views from multiple big windows, huge and nicely decorated rooms, some interior design details were also hypnotizing, beautiful garden to walk and look around from the hill top, very helpful and competent staffs. I will definitely come back, it was above all my expectations.

空港や湖周辺からホテルまで往復送迎があり片道20分程度でした。道路はまだ整備されていないところがほとんどでしたが、なかなか体験できない道路なので楽しめました。 ホテルに着いてチェックインしましたが、スタッフの方達が寒いためかジャンバーを着て、しかも普段着だったので、五つ星？のわりにラフな格好で驚きました。 部屋は現在のホテル内に約100㎡のスイートルームが4部屋のみで、レストランは、ロビーと同じフロアに仕切りはなくテーブルと椅子が並べられてあるだけでした。屋上にはソファやテーブルがあり、ヒマラヤ山脈を眺めながらゆっくりくつろぐことが出来ました。敷地内にある庭は散策にちょうど良い感じでした。 ホテルの回りは民家があるだけで、食事や買い物などは出来ません。１日目は予約をせずにレストランで注文しましたが、1時間余り待ちました。またメニューに載っているのを注文しても、食材が揃っていなくて変更せざるを得ないのもいくつかありました。2日目には昼食も夕食もあらかじめ予約したので、頼んだ時間に頑張って準備していただけました。 ２日目は初日の出を見るために、５時半に車を予約しました。フロントからは料金等確認の電話も部屋にありました。当日その時間にフロントに行ったら、受付のスタッフはいなくて、車も無し。守衛の方が連絡をとり、結局２０分遅れで車はホテルに到着しました。それからサランコットの丘に行きました。 ３日目はカトマンズに向けて出発する日で、前の晩にチェックアウト・朝食・出発時間を伝えました。スタッフも私と確認しながらメモをしました。しかし私が夜に出発時間をまちがえたことに気がつき、スタッフにそのことを伝えに行きました。スタッフは快く変更に応じて下さり、朝食はお弁当に、出発時間も４５分早めるということを確認しました。 当日の朝、お弁当とチェックアウトは無事済みましたが、車が来ません。出発時間を４５分早めたのですが、運転手には連絡をしないままだったようです。 スタッフの方達は運転手を含めとても感じが良く、好印象でした。しかし、ホテルとして基本的な姿勢が希薄のような気がしました。今建っているホテルの前に新たに８部屋、レストラン、プール、スパなどが入る棟を建設中だそうです。まわりに何もない分、このホテルならでは質の高いサービスを提供出来るように頑張ってほしいと思います。

ゴージャスなジャングルの夜”
緞帳みたいに肉厚の濃紺の地に金の縁取りのカーテンを見ただけで、ただ者でないことがわかりますが、屋上の馬をみるにおよび、これはもうお手上げだなと思いながら予約。雨で道が怖かったので昼過ぎについてから翌日のフライトまでどこにも行きませんでしたが、十分に楽しいです。お料理も多岐に渡るしおいしいし、スタッフはみんな初々しく、決してスマートで卒なくではないけど、癒されます。 また是非、浮世を忘れに行きます。

I can't find words to describe that experience. That was something unbelievable. I was treated like a queen and that was a great change after the long and tiring Annapurna trekking. This hotel is situated not far away from Pokhara, but in a very secluded place so you can feel very distant from the noise and the crowds of Pokhara. The view is spectacular, you can see the Annapurna mountain range and the Fewa lake from top. You can also see Pokhara itself which is nice too. The suite itself is huge and the interior looks somewhat like a palace. The sizes are also made for kings: huge bathtub, huge and very comfortable bed. The nights in the outside part of the restaurant with a view overlooking night Pokhara will be very memorable. I wish I could have stayed there for longer.

Wow... Beyond all expectation, really”
Actually, it is so unusual - to find a real Palace on the top of a hill above Phewa Lake, in the view of snowy mountains. Yes, it's not just a hotel - it's like a palace. I mean and restaurant and rooms and huge private park (so nice to spend time there with a book or just walking). Inside a room, I can choose mild light or bright light. Huge bathroom and bathtub. A two-room suite is very comfortable to live there. The environment inside and outside is luxurious. The hospitality of the staff is on the highest level. Design... it's wonderful ! Real pleasure for my eyes. Night view of Pokhara city just from my window or roof-top: it's a must-to-see! Like from an airplane. Many wild birds in the park! And many eagles soar just 10-20 meters above the roof! Unbelievable. As I have seen, all the suites have an excellent view and same highest quality.
